The physical gold withdrawals from the COMEX is starting to hurt the shorts and is starting to hurt the LBMA. Hi Tymers. Same here, using this drop to top up. The SP at mid 30s was based on Hav so the drop on the so called bad news on SWAG should not of caused the reaction. The MMs drop the price hitting stops and the SP falls further. The IIs need more stock. If you do not call that designed then what should we call it ? ATB Speedy

I must admit i do find it interesting but it is too late in my life to take up a PHD level of understanding of geology. Hi Zoros. I have, and many many more. My time is taken up watching, listening to and acting on my own interpretation of events. My main focus is on the price manipulation in the PM market. All manipulations come to an end and for me it is all about positioning for that event. When the POG/S finds its true level our SP will reflect that in a highly leveraged way. The big boys such as Schwarzer Stein do not get it wrong. ATB Speedy

Hi All. If you have no idea what the Lassonde curve is i suggest you find out. My opinion is we are at the start of IIs buying and the only reason they are not holding more is the lack of available stock. This correction in our SP is totally understandable. When the big boys have their fill and the SP is set free, well you know the result. The PMs market is under a coordinated attack by the bullion banks and the whole sector is in a correction. If you have not taken some profit at the top i humbly suggest you take Paddys advice. ATB Speedy

Hi Petejh. Thanks for the input. Newcrest are at the top of their game. They will squeeze every $ profit they can. I see a net profit (at POG $2k/oz with no hedge) after costs and tax of $1k/oz. With production at 500kozs/year that gives $500mil. Our share $167mil. With only 10 year mine life and 4.5billion shares gives a SP of 37p. General consensus says 12.5 mil ozs that gives LOM 25years and a SP approx £1. This is back of a packet of Marleys calculation so just waiting now to be shot down in flames by the mathematicians here. ATB Speedy

Hi Smithy. No one knows your position better than you, but If you are going to retrieve funds from your SIPP for retirement spending may be a good approach would be to sell half at 40p/ 50p and then the other half at a £+ later on. ATB Speedy
