I have to agree with Helpful on this one, the outsiders on this board really do not have the facts on the actual cash burn rate. Why? because outsiders dont have the information. RRR's financials are dated by the time of issuance. They also lack detailed information on what and when amounts have to paid for licenses or work obligation. There is some information but it is so vague as to be useless in calculating the month cash obligations which should be paid much less which ones can be deferred to later dates without significant negative impact.

For years Helpful has insisted that RRR was 'in a good place' or cash flow was coming from the next project while providing 'helpful' details on how much $$$$ RRR would soon be getting.

RRR annual year end is June 30th. Will anything happen prior to this year end?

Perhaps the gold assay results from the expedited termite mounds will be completed? Ships arrive with gold production equipment? Clear customs yet?Indian workers recover from their long term illness? French translation completed for the NOMAD?

The $21 million in question is the same $21 million that AB stated in Dec financial report was sent. Now 6 months later RRR discloses it was not sent. Is this progress? No DRC governmental agency or body is preventing RRR from taking money out of the DRC. VUP sold a property which was 50.1% RRR but VUP wanted 100%, VUP got the first $2.5 but now the purchaser is holding balance of money until the issue is resolved through a legal process involving both the legal system (taken up to Supreme Court) and arbitration. The process is slow and cumbersome as it would be in Canada, UK, USA or anywhere else in the world. There are twists and turns and the other side does not convey their strategy to RRR and nor does RRR convey their strategy to VUP. This means RRR's shareholders are also not privy to RRR's legal strategy (if they were then VUP would know about it)

AB publicly expressed his desire to resolve the arbitration first which is admirable but really would anyone turn down the potential of a housing JV with possibly one or more mines capable of almost immediate production & profitability?

I like the story and the implied potential however is it real? achievable? or it just more story time as RRR has unfortunately has previously done.

Its risk vs reward. .02 purchase and possible 99% loss (risk) vs potential 2x to 100x (use your own multiplier).

Venture capital firms do these calculations all the time. If they believe its a 100x possible with a 5% chance of success then the potential risk adjusted return is 5x, therefore they do 100 of these types of deals hoping that 5 are sucessful,

My problem is I dont have enough risk capital to spread around to reduce my investment risk on RRR

IMO the biggest potential for RRR is from the mining properties which have to profitable to generate the tax revenue to pay for these houses

The mining property has to be profitable to pay for these houses. If tax rate is 30% that means 70% of the profits are being kept. IMO these will be low cost houses and houses that would be comparable to UK houses.

RRR's potential can be expressed as an algebraic equation which I have shown below. The variables (# of houses built, the sale prices of that house and the DRC tax rate) which if changed will create a different final number for RRR

It is now June 5th and it is clear the money has not been sent, factories not ordered and certainly not building housing. Remember this is a government program. In the UK when a large government contract is announced do you ever see that company announce how much money they are making from the contract? In Canada I can tell it does not happen EVER!!!!

IMO the big reward are the mining properties which have to be provided to support this program. That is where (IMO) RRR makes a lot of money.
