Thanks. Hadn't seen that. I can't see where the 200 mill shares are coming from with a raise of £2.4mill. With 67 mill (?) at last count, they'd be issuing 135 mill more shares somewhere near 2p. Just a rough comparison to 'shares not in public hands' & the vendors holdings also wouldn't add up.

My bad about 50k & 100k respectively 'Peter Redmond and Melissa Sturgess will be interested in 4.2 per cent. and 8.3 per cent. respectively of the Enlarged Share Capital. In addition, Mr Redmond and Ms Sturgess have been granted options in accordance with the Share Option Plan, details of which were announced on 4 December 2017.'

No doubt we'll see all the long term sticky holders appear in the New Year

& director dealing. £36k would of bought 3% of comp. I suppose it's Christmas.

Just read back & saw your posts. What do you know that isn't on ALO's website? Last I saw we had 67 mill shares in issue & are raising £5mill?

fundraise coming on IPO but current approximate structure of shares for anyone interested ALO shares 17.5 mill plus warrants. Current shares in Issue of new comp 67mill. Current value of Cradle Arc (new comp), £13.5 mill. Keep some cash ready if inclined as current shareholders may have a chance to buy at the approximate fundraising price of around 20p.

20p post consolidation I believe & according to ALO's website. 300-1 consolidation.
