To treat all these types of holdings with skepticism unless you know of the investor or have managed to dig up some positive research. There's certainly is a strong possibility of rules being broken if there are numerous twitter handles tweeting buy as they are selling into the market. There's no evidence to suggest this is not part of a wider manipulation with more than 1 player.
