Dont understand why everyone thinks a placing has been baked in below these levels, especially when we had employee share options set at 2.2p. In my opinion if and thats a big IF there is a placing it will be above where we are now.

Regvarny I'm from the north east too and am literally two miles from the Billingham site. The Wilton site you speak of is no big deal as far as I can see as it's feedstock is not the same and if you really are from the North-East then your geography will tell you that these locations are quite far apart approx. 6 miles as the crow files with the river in between. And as far as I can tell the Billingham plant will service Middlesbrough, Stockton-On-Tees and the Thornaby areas whereas the Wilton site would be ideal for Redcar and Cleveland areas.

So overall two plants servicing different feeds from different locations so I can't see any direct competition.

HL have finally got back to me regarding the change to Euroclear, was getting worried as I've bought a whole load up to 2.2p

I can confirm your holding will be unaffected by this migration and will not affect your ability to hold or trade the shares. Euroclear are actually the company who made the CREST system and also its European counterpart, so the migration is a formality.

I've emailed HL as well, twice, the first time was after the RNS they said they will let me know in due course but having not heard anything even though the egm has now passed I emailed them again and no response. Not happy to say the least!

Nominee accounts such as Hargreaves etc... don't lend out your shares for shorting as they can't so any PI's shares are safe from this. It's usually the institutional investors who lend out shares for shorting.
