Inflation is caused by extreme US sanctions which punish everyone except those they are intended to punish. Russia can't supply because of sanctions, not because it won't. Europe has been coerced by the US to follow suit and also follow the same sanctions. If sanctions were the way to treat everyone that invaded someone else, Britain & US wouldn't have traded with many over the years considering how many invasions they were responsible for.

The announcement stated "a couple of weeks" so hopefully by end of August though is does seem to be painfully slow to get it over the line.

I reckon the first SMR could be fully operational by the time this ITP payment hits the bank.

Money due to come in and money actually in the bank are very different things, although the expectation is priced in, I still think there will be a rise when the actual money is in the bank and it is used to repay debt like they have communicated they will do.
