you are obviously thinking they are going to weight until full capacity 2/3 years revenue 100 million approx
whare as i believe they will convert much much sooner
AMC needs less than 5 million to operate and pay wages

i think we are getting hung up on when a company would employ solicitors to sell a project
having bought a buisness, i had to nominate and employ solicitors as soon as i was interested in buying, and hence the sellers interested in selling, from that point it was quite a polava, lots of paper work exchanging hands
