I’m my opinion, based on previous RNS’s, 28p considerably undervalues this Tier 1 asset.

I have now voted on HL. I voted No.

Excuse my ignorance, but why does a counter bid need to arrive in the next 7-14days. I am just trying to understand timelines and any helpful is welcomed.

Good post Arok. I emailed Dan and Nick and like others I have had no response.

I email both Dan and Nick before Christmas outlining my annoyance with the offer and the Boards acceptance. No reply, which comes as no surprise. I am expecting another party to bid though.

I am a new poster. I have sat, watched and read the numerous helpful posts over the past 14 years. I felt I wanted to write to say I am totally disillusioned/ baffled with the way Dan and the Board are dealing with this. Selling out for pennies on the pound to Jiangxi when the company is worth many multiples of today’s value.
