If anyone representing FRR wondered how little they could get away with paying us shareholders they would just need to read this BB and see some of the crap valuations people are prepared to accept. Is that the value ZEPS you consider as being worthwhile given the time to get a return! what a clown you are for even mentioning it.

this will have been asked am sure already, i had shares purchased last year and i thiught with the recent announcement of B listed shares these should have been listed in my trading account (halifax). I've received a dividend on the 19th of May and then a payment for corporate shortly afterwards. is this the special dividend / readjustment of shares aviva implemented or should i see B shares in my account?

The whole point of Rwanda is to put people off coming here in the first place (and probably because it was the only country they could get to agree to it). Crossing the channel to get to families in the same way their relatives arrived here has to stop at some point. The only reason immigrants want to be here is due to handouts. 90% of immigrants are young males apparently! Hardly the balance of a society fleeing countries deemed unsafe. I remember not so long ago British governments were criticised for their lack of control and light handedness on immigration. I hope this measure implements the intention by putting immigrants off wanting to come here and staying in an EU where they will be safer. After all if they are suitable for residency in an EU country surely then they can visit the UK with a visa any time after that.

Seems like ZM knows his case is lost but will do anything to delay or create difficulty for Frontera going forward!

If I buy shares in Tesco would I be entitled to the special dividend? Is there a cut off date set for shareholders to get this payment?

I would like to know why people think if Scotland is ever an independent country what independence have we if we’re to be a part of the European Union? SNP say they want their own rules to apply for the people of Scotland but will then have to accept the Euro and also follow European rules to be a part of the EU. Scotland as an independent nation would have the highest debt of any EU country. To reduce this debt we would be faced with higher business rates and higher taxes and cuts for those on welfare. Scotland has relied on extra UK government support after COVID began. As an example of Scotland’s solvency had we been independent at the time RBS was bailed out by the UK government Scotland would have been bankrupt. Having liked the idea of being an independent country the reality is we would have higher taxes and be worse of, these are facts and anyone who thinks otherwise is failing in themselves to face up to this.

See if frontera does a dealwith who ever and they get 3.5 billion, how much do they or have they to pay to share holders? My guess is as we are minority shareholders and as this is now a private company they can pay us fxxk all and theres nothing we can do about it!

Was watching rt news, discussing eu reliance on Russia gas and how this is affecting relations with U.S. This American company with the resources said to be recoverable won’t be going unnoticed in the USA and I doubt would be risking licenses and agreements in place with the Georgian government without a clear end goal.

I read on here that zaza was going to be giving regular updates as usual for share holders, I think it was information from yellow jersey. Does anyone know if this came directly from zaza or has there been anything officially releyfrom frontera recently?

Hope complains of the lack of transparency and being kept in the dark, as Zaza’s proving with good cause but surely us as shareholders deserve better

Do frontera have to update share holders on or before the 24th? Can 24th pass and we don’t hear or know any more than we do now?

Does anyone know as and when an update is released will it be by RNS 7.00am or is it likely to be via Twitter or other means at anytime?

Was reading on advn that no other company in the last five years on aim has been able to appoint another nomad after there current advisor resigned. Does anyone here know if this is true?

Hopes duties as a director are to act in the best interests of the company, he’s clearly in breach of this when he vetoed zazas offer, even though zaza states his offer should take preference over omf it’s a better offer than omf and this shows Hope wasn’t acting in the interest of frontera. This is a good enough reason that any outcome should be in the favour of frontera. All the other reasons and excuses justifying what Hopes done are just crap.
An announcement of NDA or partnership should be BPs not emails from frontera naming them. BP reading these emails will undoubtedly review there interests knowing that there aren’t any other majors competing. If there was sure they would have been named as it says Exxon aren’t interested.
Confident frontera will come out of this and the better for it.
