Loan of £2m, charge on assets worth atleast £6m (someone mentioned £12m at one point), surely the lender has done great work - JW and team fail they get a £6m/£12m asset for £2m.

Unless they are strapped for cash and need the return, why wouldn't you hold and see if the ML and Chairman make a difference, then get a better than 20% return? Although having said that 20% on a loan is not bad over the time period...

Do we expect Riverfort to sell off bunches of their recent converts and supress the SP for even more weeks/months or hold and show faith in the company?
