The 10k/9978 "sell " trades was my transfer of 10k shares to an ISA. Just ready for the massive gains now.......
Sure, looking to add now, this is a slightly slow burn but hot prospect
*33% rise to hit 40p
Nothing mentioned about precious stones. Why do you say that ? http://www.alignresearch.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/Obtala_Align_Research_10th_May_2017.pdf
The potential worlwide is very good.
no liabilities ?
What do you think ?
Not invested here but looking for possible recovery play, drop seems unjustified, however one thing that stuck out was Investec issuing a buy report at 2,685 on 1st August, and now a hold six weeks later at 1,600p , a 40% drop in their valuation. Makes you wonder how close to these companies the ratings agencies are !
Well I bought 5,000 at circa 40p about a year ago so 50% up in a year not too shabby !
Very ! Hmmm , what's brewing ?
Nicholas D Gerber buys another 475,000 shares @24p and already 10% up, nice
All those prior year adjustments have been done, and actually meant that , other things being equal, reported profits in 2013 will be higher, still seems a good chance of Mcap rising, expecially if a takeover bid is launched. Nicholas Gerber bought (lots) more on this price drop... we shall see....
New to this share, as always attracted to sudden drops, and hopefully quick recoveries..... I agree with your post, it looks like someone has over inflated contract wins/turnover reported, presumably to get a bigger bonus/retain their job/look better in an internal league table, happens all the time I am sure and in bigger businesses would just be dealt with internally but here is big enough relative to EBITDA figures to stick out a bit. Knocked a bit of confidence somewhat and restating the accounts may not show the fractional growth reported at 6 months. I'm tempted, as this will be investigated/blow over and the Construction market is picking up so...... Hang in and tough it out, may join you Monday :) No one has run off with any cash (apart from an enhanced bonus maybe)
Interesting if real. Of course, it is as simple for Vostok Trade Ltd to contact the other shareholders on the register and organise a meeting and/or propose some motions at the next AGM or possibly force an EGM to place whoever they want as Chairman. Interesting power struglle/takeover looming ?
I agree Jolly. I'll leave it to those with Kevlar balls :)
Thanks, had a look at a few, even more scary now In forming our opinion on the financial statements, which is not qualified, we have considered the adequacy of the disclosure made in note 1.5 relating to approximately £19 million of accrued income (2012 approximately £15 million) against which no allowance has been made. Given that these amounts are not yet invoiced for collection, and that they relate to incomplete contracts, current market conditions indicate that there is nevertheless material uncertainty regarding the recoverability of the accrued income amount. If they were billed and un collected, some sort of bad debt provision will be building up, as they are not billed ans not being provided against, they are assuming all cash will be collected, hmmm.
Was looking at this as a recovery play, but the bulk of the receivables will never be received at the moment as they are accrued debt, ie they have not even been billed yet, which makes a huge chunk of the turnover over the last year or so just accrued income as well, circa £18/19 million, very strange. Why are they not raising invoices on their customers ?
So they've struck a deal to sell an asset, buying out some shareholders at 3.79p , and the rest is revealed after the sell out, ie the deal is revealed that enhances to Mcap further ??
Basically, if you hold on 22nd November you will be able to sell for 3.79 pence, so any purchase below 3.79p is an instant profit.
I knew something good would come here. A return of cash and they still have a large asset to sell on.
