I totally stand by my comments from yesterday regarding why I won’t be adding anymore shares to my pot. The reason being how many does one need ?
Now you have got yourself to a holding of 3million, then of course you might want to add more, but my post wasn’t about how many I hold, it was about the rate of return from purchasing new shares compared to the shares I originally bought. I personally do not need anymore as I am not greedy, and have more than enough in the locker. Like I said yesterday about how much I shovelled into GGP and do the maths and you might just get an idea of how many I actually hold.
Just because you don’t understand my position, doesn’t make me any less positive about GGP than anyone else here. In fact I’m so confident about where we are heading, that it is one of the reasons I won’t be adding.

Jerry even if it is as you say "a teaser introductory offer", they will still need the likes of me and you to offload our shares and I can't see that happening anytime soon, Can you ?
We know that SD would like to see more of a 50/50 split between Ii's and Pi's, but how does he obtain that when most of the knowledgeable ones here are not going to give up their shares anywhere near these prices.
I am of the view that my holding has been put in the bottom drawer until production starts in 2023/24. Not long to wait in the grand scheme of things.
Anyone who invested here hoping to make a fast buck, missed that boat. Patience is the key as I have always said.

The last four trades all marked as sells, were actually all buys. Just adjust the spread to make it look like sells. If that is not manipulation I don't know what is.

Hi Chippy, The Sp was at 0.00169 on the 1-1-17 rising to 0.0255 on the 20-1-19 whilst Newmont were involved.
After Newmont walked away from Ernest Giles the SP plummeted down again to around 0.015 (1.5p) by March 2019.
Then we all know what has happened since.

Strummer, I think I pointed it out in my original post, but just to make things more clear.
If I wasn't already invested in GGP then yes I would throw £100k at it right now, as I see plenty upside from here.
But like I said, that £100k can no where near make the sort of return that my holding in GGP has already done, and will blow the bloody doors off once the SP realises it's true value.

I am definitely no speculator. I act upon what I see is a great opportunity when I see them. I was aware of GGP 2 years before I decided to actually put a percentage of my wealth into them. I go against all the common beliefs that you should have a wide spread portfolio as in the last six years I have only invested in three companies. I don't invest on the main market. I have only ever invested on AIM. The reason being, it is near impossible to make the sorts of returns that you can make on penny shares and that is why I choose very carefully were to invest.
If I decided to invest £100k into another company, then TBH it would probably have to be in one of our neighbors (Antipa, Artemis etc) but definitely not yet.
I only invest when I get that feeling that it is the right time to do so. Just like when GGP first had the first results from Havieron, that wasn't the time for me.
Yes you could say that I missed out on even more profit at not investing after Newmont walked away and the SP fell to 0.0025p as I thought it was too risky for me. But as soon as NCM bought in, I went all in, as that was the point I felt comfortable at.
I always keep some powder dry as you never know when the next opportunity could arise. It could be in shares, it could be on a property, it could also be something I see at auction. I'm no fortune teller that's for sure but it is very important to know before diving in feet first what you are getting yourselves into.
I saw a post earlier from Sproutsdave where he states "Just bought a few hope it makes me a bit for me in the next few weeks"
He might as well of gone down the bookies if that is his plans for growing his wealth for Xmas. Dave go & chuck it on the next 2/1 fav.
SJ I can't tell you what to do, that is your decision. I can only tell you what and how I see things. It's definitely not advice because as I say most would not have a strategy like mine. Niy it is MY strategy and it has worked out so far.

I for one have not topped up as it doesn’t make sense for me to do so.
The reason is that many LTH’s bought this share at under 3p and hold many millions. Me personally, even though I know the price is still cheap as chips, I can’t make the sorts of returns on any new purchases, that my existing purchases would.
Even at 16p, let’s say I invested another £100k into GGP and over the next 2 years the SP rises to 80p (5 Bags). That would mean my new investment would be worth £500k.
That pales into insignificance compared to what my original holding would of made by doing absolutely nothing.
I’ve not told anyone apart from a close friend how many shares I hold, but I’ll let you know I invested £300k of my hard earned into GGP in the 12 months after the date of the announcement that NCM entered into the JV.
I still think now the same as I did at 7am on the day of that announcement that NCM, Australia’s largest gold miner isn’t entering into this on a wing & a prayer, so I followed suit.
And that is I believe why most LTH’s haven’t thrown more money at this, even though we all think it is still way undervalued. We can never make the same returns as the ones we see on our original purchases.
A holder with say a 5M share holding would see a rise of £50k in their portfolio for each penny this share rises. So if this does go to 80p as I said earlier that would be a gain of £3.2M. So that is why I say that most LTH’s don’t see the point of investing more at this.
It doesn’t mean that we don’t support the company, far from it, It comes down to risk & reward, something we all have in common.
Hopefully that makes sense as I’ve been as honest as I can, regarding how I see how LTH’s now look at this.
If I wasn’t as lucky as I have been, and missed the opportunity when this first kicked off in January 2020, then of course I would be loading up at these discounted prices along with many of you, but fortunately for the reasons I have stated I along with plenty others, are just sat patiently with our “Hands under bum” mentality.
I just hope you all get your just rewards as you deserve it, after a year of being in the trenches with bombs exploding all around.

Just like Fury picked himself up off the canvas, GGP will prevail in the end and be the undisputed Gold King.

The thing I like best about SD’s statement is that if he was talking about the MRE only being a Fraction of a Fraction, then surely the current SP of 17p is also only a Fraction of a Fraction.
Which will hopefully propel it to near Mickeys target price.
And before anyone says otherwise, I don’t mean the bloody mouse.

I keep seeing people posting that the GDXJ currently hold 204M GGP shares, but they actually hold 226,847,910 GGP shares.
I think people forget that they hold GGP shares in two ETF's.

Why are these 8M trades now not showing in the final Volume numbers. I noticed them as they happened and were in the Mid Column. Just Like Tommy Cooper "Just like that" and they're gone.
