I think it'll be all or nothing duster to get our money back someone is getting their name dragged through the mud. Nobody will come clean it goes hand in hand. How damaging it'll prove to be would be the icing on the cake.

Duster - quite the opposite imo they have money so don't give a toss, when put under the headlights reputation matters but money is addictive and if you think you can get away with it they won't stop. They wont like lights shining on them though.

for me anyway it's not just about the money, too much of this kind of **** has been going on over the years and here with copl it's been one way traffic we haven't had any answers/ explanations as to what's gone on we all deserve to know. you think your investing into a plan a way forward and inexplicably quite the opposite happens. worst case scenario and we end up with nothing you can hold your head up high you haven't just rolled over. cag have made a magnificent effort like said many times where would we be without them. for me anyway it's a no brainer to rally behind them fight back and see what comes out of it all. gla

Not a clue it's not very specific does it mean losses up to suspension price because technically everything isn't lost yet?

Also I sold a few at a profit but ended up losing that and my original investment because bought a load more with it in that account. I presume I can't claim for that profit but it all went back in and at the point of selling it was my money that i was putting back in.

In one account i sold some and was in profit at one point but i chucked the lot back in and lost everything. I presume I'm claiming for my original investment only.

The other account I just lost the lot. Well if it never trades again that is. I presume your only claiming up to suspension if it never trades again the losses would be bigger.

Ghost - if everybody gets on board like they are doing now it won't be that much. Lets unite and bring these bar stewards down. If not show them your not prepared to roll over.

Everyone involved that put all this together and got Michael on board really can't thank enough. It's been going on into the years but the last six months especially has been hell. Today has given me a big lift mentally, all the shenanigans that's gone before us and the pace it's all happened it's been hammer blow after blow. Just having someone in your corner and getting on that road like i say has given me a big boost. I really hope these crooks get whats coming to them! I'd sooner do everything i could and go down fighting else what is the alternative?

I understand the nature of what’s just happened, to a degree, but beyond that I am now at a loss as to what our intentions are for the future.

I am sure I speak for many when I say that I appreciate all the efforts that have been conducted by CAG. Many of us have contributed in the background as well as I am sure you can appreciate.

I also appreciate that this is a very complex situation and is very fluid, additionally I know you can’t reveal too much information on this board as Anavio representatives, Arthur’s representatives and Tom Winnifriths representatives are present and hidden in clear sight (as many others with clear agendas are also).

However I do think we have got to a point now where we need something concrete to at least base our thoughts on to form an opinion on what we (I) need to do on a personal level.

In short we now need some clarity as to what is happening.

I think it is too long to wait for another month for Zoom calls with Michael. I think now is the time.

I don’t want to appear unappreciative of the work you have done, I am most certainly not, but we need a stake in the ground now.

Lloydy that's exactly my view and the best post I've seen in months on here. The lawyers must have something on them else why take it up and spend hundreds of hours on a lost cause.

We need an update now nothing needs to be posted on here for the reasons you've mentioned above. We have submitted our details to RBM an update could be given via email or whatever but since submitting my details heard nothing. People have lost fortunes here and need to know now where we stand.

It's all guesswork until the auction and how many are at the bidding stage anything can happen. I'm a tad more hopeful than i was a few weeks ago but that's all I'd virtually given up all hope. We'll see what happens.
