"Agreed, Panamabob. If my wife knew I had 147kGBP invested here now worth less than 7k, I think I would have a domestic crisis on my hands."
It's shocking mate how this got like this, i have roughly half that but wiped me out virtually! Can't let them get away with and won't..
"Me and my mate are definitely in for the demo we have lost 10s of thousands each ."
Worth a shot im down £65k alone!
"Fly, you me and others feel for you us all. sold at same price as you also. IMO as we've sold we have no comebacks, BUT we need to help thats the best thing we can now do, maybe ill by a few next week as currently im not invested but want to help and support all here. I still wake up now shocked and feel sick, difference is we were lied to and cheated.”
I'm still invested here but feel like this everyday, basically walking round everywhere in shock down an absolute shed load. Can't imagine my feelings changing anytime soon. We all know anavio was in it for one thing and took us all for a ride. Virtually every post on here says that but seem to be going around in circles. Was/is anything about their shenanigans illegal? What chance have got? Will we ever see a return on this investment? I've pretty much written this off, we've been conned but deep down hope we all see something of a return!
I'm trying to come to terms which is worse, having to sift through the mountain of tripe on this board or our bod?
"No we are not going bust 135 million dollars to pay off the senior lender or replace with
another SL against assets of nearly 384 million dollars
They have also
‘As such, the steps taken by the Board (including the recent hiring of an independent engineering consulting firm) were designed to give COPL an opportunity to become more viable over time and to provide shareholders with a potential opportunity to realize some value‘
However they’ve made no mention of how the secondary market appreciation of the share
price occurred well we all know ffs and so should the FCA now and so must the BOD it’s not
rocket science
So in essence Anavio NEED COPL to continue and need finance to continue and need it to go well
But two brokers was that it I do think the BOD should hang their heads in
shame once this is sorted we need to all vote them out finally
Our assets are fantastic billions of barrels but our board are not
All these games being played may have been one too many
So finance from our funders is going ahead at 0.15 as now they really need it to go ahead themselves
""" Expect a rerate much nearer the placing price tomorrow”””
Why?
Nobody's listening Coplherder.
Let's leave it to the Regulators, the Investigative press etc. Etc.
Is it Anavio shove employed you to cool investors out?
Forget it. Too many angry men here. They will NEVER go away
Best ignored altogether she'll realise eventually we ain't giving up far from it.
Stay strong!
Fantastic post Daniel, whichever way i look at it the current mcap doesn't make any sense to me.
Nice one James should be a good day tomorrow he knows a bargain when he sees one!
"The timing is too much of a coincidence - requested by JVP.
With a future US listing in mind."
It's all coming together imo sit back chill and wait.
@Yankee99 - Art needs to take a leaf out of your book and increase the Sp! Lol
I can't understand people clogging up the board with ramping/deramping accusations all day!
Good news and this will fly and bad news drop these boards won't matter a jot.
Prem was as toxic a board you could of seen but nobody pays any attention and shares was diluted to the hilt now look at it. Just one example but as i say just depends on newsflow the rest is all noise lol
Come down soon has to, this is relentless buying pressure!
"Anyone on here actually talk about arb?"
Sick of hearing it all tbh, you come on here and it's everything but. Not alot to discuss at the minute but it's the same when there is.
"Confirmed today that RM have moved away from compulsory redundancies.
In 3 days Royal Mail have gone from no compulsory redundancies till after March 2023, no compulsory redundancies till January 2024 and now they say no compulsory redundancies at all. Is that the final, final offer or is ST going to negotiate a final, final, final offer? Me thinks that Simon and the team have a lot of thinking to do. To end this they now need to get back around the table and negotiate in good faith using the original Pathway to Change agreement. Change was baked into that agreement, 7 day working, deliveries up to 7pm, innovative duty structures etc etc, everything those who want change have requested. But changes that are negotiated not imposed and changes that don’t dumb down the t&c’s.”
You couldn't make it up how can you agree and stick to a deal with this lot? We had an agreement pathway to change and they just ripped it up. All of a sudden there won't be any CR's really? They magic up £1.7b but yet are skint and losing money left, right and centre lol
They don't even know what an agreement means!
@Chaiwala I'd love to spend Xmas with you lol
"@spaceman - you see your opinion is EXACTLY what the problems is, you are assuming every share holder has better living and working conditions than you? A certain bloke called Dave has exactly the same mentalilty and thinks his workers should be shielded from the cost of living crisis whilst every other person including share holders have to suffer and pay...."
Well I need a pay rise for the cost of living crisis unfortunately i haven't got the luxury to flitter away cash speculating on a Sp to pay for it lol
Pay the hard way like most honest workers do lol
Oh i forgot we don't need them now.
That's typical of a shareholders opinion it doesn't matter what workers are going through, anything that'll make the Sp go up lol
"Posties have the best salaries of most delivery workers but the best doesn't seem to be enough for them. The whole country is struggling with inflation etc but posties still want more. Bit like Oliver Twist.”
Well of course they do but for a reason to put food on the table for their kids, pay these ridiculous energy bills etc etc
Why do shareholders invest for the fun of it lol, we all want more but some have reasons other than greed.
Fwiw I know of some people that have left to go to Tesco's lol, just shows you how bad things really are!
When you look into the pay proposal it's not 9%, it's not back dated and effectively a pay cut lol. Then there's the redundancies situation and the rest of the deal has got more strings to it than the philharmonic. Absolutely nothing in it for the workers it's a bad joke.
