RBM - Can you clarify with MC the size of the funding fee (%) usually this is agreed beforehand and signed off. Why is this case any different? I know it's still really low in comparison to most firms and he quoted a vague figure. Also will this cover all fees payable to him?

I don't think we need to worry ourselves MC is extremely experienced, his actions have put people behind bars and salvaged millions of pounds for innocent investors and pensions. Together as a huge group we cannot/ will not be ignored! MC will be all over this, from experience he'll decide the targets, the blind alleys, how/when and who can be called on. His words he couldn't of worked with a better group than CAG we have to respect that. We are all victims of lies and greed and have been powerless to change that. Well so the scumbags thought anyway, now we are equipped to fight back and bring them to justice.

I think we should discuss this with MC he touched on this and has contacts. Let's work with him, get behind him and make these decisions together. Nothing wrong with suggesting anything, but feed any ideas through CAG and MC, we wouldn't be here without them.

Multiple parties are responsible for the downfall of Copl this wasn't accidental. Those involved should be looking over their shoulders, MC won't want this dragging out years and wont be chasing targets for the fun of it. As for avenues that are worth pursuing and those found responsible a few reputations will be dragged into the gutter and be of great financial cost. Unfortunately shareholders as is usually the case have taken the brunt of the web of lies and greed of those involved. We are United behind MC and we will get the answers, nothing in life is straight forward but as already mentioned we are in good hands. The financial hit everyone has taken is of nobodies fault other than what's unfolded before our eyes so don't be too hard on yourselves. i've written this off emotionally some investments simply do go wrong, sadly there are some incompetent, unethical and dishonest people out there and anyone can become a victim. i don't blame myself but clinging on to negative thoughts blaming those involved doesn't help you move on. i'm going to let cotter do his work as clearly this has been the case here but at the end of the day what will be will be. if us shareholders are still part of the plan going forward great and those individuals are held to account even better. this is the investing game for you loads of moving variables etc and **** happens most of which is out of your control.
