Looks like things are moving ahead of schedule to me.

Add me smile
I support it
Totally agree, I'm on the lookout for a job like his!!!
Just to clarify smilemore I'm not suggesting a placing, we need Zulu progressing now and the sp is not in a good place. I was referring to previous placings where the cash has been squandered, all the while our prize asset requires funding. A certain club in the Premier league have had funding for players more than most, though still unable to qualify for the champions league and a dismal league position. Questions where asked and changes made at the top.
In an ideal world I'd like to keep the Circum shares, though on the other hand it's ridiculous to keep continually raising cash with the potential from this investment locked up. All the while we are being diluted into oblivion and much of that gets squandered. I'm all for raises that are fit for purpose like Zulu! GLA
Must say I totally agree with the previous 2 posts, CF73 that should be the way forward and Charlies points about the ridiculously high salary and cash that was supposed to be already raised for Zulu and been squandered. GLA
I'm in the same boat as you citizzzen, i just hold prem in my isa at huge losses. To make matters worse they introduced a quarterly fee and have now changed it to monthly. I haven't traded anything for nigh on 2 yrs though still getting milked for my holding!!! Tbh i anticipated rha being sorted long before now, we apparently had multiple interested parties for Zulu though nothing came of that and Circum well been waiting 5 yrs for that. Why GR diluted us for the increased Circum stake instead of fast tracking Zulu i just don't know! GLA
We are only 1 week away from requiring shareholder approval, though nobody has the foggiest if the deals are linked. I've tried emailing GR for clarification before but no response. If the deals are linked, I'd say most people would welcome KME though it won't go through amalgamated with HB given the present sp. RHA completed agreements are due to signed, will that give the sp a significant enough boost meanwhile? Even so I'd still vote no given the choice. Further unnecessary dilution needs careful consideration, I'd sooner see Zulu progressed to DFS.
Something along the lines of option 5 smilemore, though I'd imagine option 1 wouldn't be so bad given our present sp. If the deals aren't linked in anyway it's a no vote from me.
First of all we have to establish if indeed the 2 deals are linked, I'd say most people would welcome the KME deal though a high percentage wouldn't touch HB. I seem to remember that there was no mention HB when the proposed KME deal was rns'ed, 7th Nov i believe. If they are, obviously the best none dilutive method would be the best option. If they aren't: A) why diversify now? B) why not use the dilution to fund Zulu C) there is no guarantee HB will be producing in 9 months and still requires additional funding D) do we need HB given the catalogue of assets on the books that already require funding? I seem to remember even GR saying all the focus short term should be on RHA and Zulu. GLA
Totally agree Smilemore, funding Zulu should be the way forward, we can always diversify with Circum funds instead of unnecessary further dilution. I'd welcome that, HB will require further funding, there's no guarantee it'll be producing in 9 months time either. Tbh it looks another good asset though for me it's not the right time. Shareholders have already been heavily diluted for the assets on the books, let's see some of them monetised. GLA
Smilemore, your posts are a breath of fresh air to this board. I've been holding 4 yrs now, there's no denying the potential of the assets given our present mcap is huge, im hoping the company is finally turning a corner. I get the frustration though, I'm hugely underwater myself, sentiment can turn on its head very quickly mind. The past is the past i could go on and on about that, it won't change a thing. I'm firmly behind the KME deal, though why we are looking to diversify with HB seems ludicrous to me. Whilst i get GR sees this as a short term revenue stream, given the potential dilution etc and we already have a catalogue of assets that require funding, is this a good time? Had the sp been 200/300% higher thats a different story. Dilution needs to be spent wisely, GR heavily diluted for increased Circum stake in the belief that was imminent, we are still waiting. GLA
Signed!!
Well for the eagle eyed the Circum logo has changed from yesterday to today, so maybe an update is coming?
PMSL!... "Im following Prem for several years", really? Another one comes out of the woodwork!
It doesn't he's just another member of the doomsday brigade, here to rescue us. Been invested in Prem years can't recall 90% of them, funny how they all come out of the woodwork. I wonder why?
I agree taking everything in to consideration its a good deal. We will retain a greater percentage of the assets. They have a good incentive to make this work and will want to crack on. My guess is all the JV talks GR was having to do this differently, they was holding him to ransom. The potential of the assets is huge it just needs the right people to unlock it. Let's face it GR hasn't managed it well to date!
baserite - I'm still in, the connection with Prem is a bit like the one with the wife!
