Why should frasers need to be mentioning boohoo in their trading updates?
They shouldn't, because they are a hugely profitable business that made over half a billion pound in profit last year, they have a great history of shareholder returns.
Why should boohoo need to mention revb in their trading updates?
They should because this a loss making company on it's aris and shareholders need to know why we spent 30 million quid on an "investment" that's now worth less than 10 million - in fact its more likely worthless as they would be lucky to get 2p if they sold the lot today.
We effectively used money from an rcf to purchase shares in revb - so we are paying interest at an inflated price just to hold the shares
And this is just one in a string of bad investments...
Usdc....
London office...
Uk distribution centres....
Pretty little thing....
All the other failed labels we bought...
Nastgal...
All. Culminating in 700 million wasted away in 4 years and all we have to show is aloss making company the same size as it was 5 years ago, except 5 years ago it was profitable.
You see the difference between boohoo and frasers?
