Last night you were talking about boohoo's December trading being poor and i asked you where that had come from and you ignored it - did you think people wouldn't realise you were lying!?

You spoke about boohoo's current trading and there is no information on current trading - you made it up!

It's not a kicker moving to the main market.... It means more funds can also get involved.... It's a great move.

Wolf... shipping from the uk just isn't cutting the mustard - it was "managing" pre covid but covid exposed how weak that proposition was... They need the distribution to ramp up sales and growth...

The question is will they turbo charge this to get to their potential bonuses?.... Or will they extend the lapse dates of the bonuses due to covid??? It wouldn't surprise me.

How do you know they are not sorting out leasing a distribution centre?

Maxage - even if they borrowed 200 million it would be absolutely no issue - banks would literally be throwing the money at a company like boohoo....

The most successful companies in the world have dept - it's part and parcel of business.

As i said before - this has potentially caused management to miss some huge bonuses so they will be laser focused!

Dan have a look at intrim result for the last 5 year's.... Check out how this year they all of a sudden switched to "adjusted pft" in the top page of the rns.... Every other year they highlighted pbt but hid it this this year as it was 24 million instead of the 70 - 75 million the market expected....

2021 pbt was 124.7 million

2022 pbt will not break 45 - 50 million (unless the court case is settled for significantly less than than the 20 million provision)

Once management address the issues causing this massive dent in pbt (lack of usa distribution) the share price will rise accordingly.

It's looking like this drop could well cost management BIG time - Umars remaining 54 million pound payment relies on the sp averaging 491p for 6 months with a deadline of March 2024....

Other management's target price for their bonus is a similar price range...

These bonuses are hefty and all in the region of 50 million pounds....

This problem with shipping is a big deal to management also....

Pbt is all that matters.....

That's the real number that matters - if you look at the rns where boohoo buys the remaining 34 percent of plt they only talk about PROFIT and not ebitda....

Management and the cfo here are very sneaky - check out the h1 update for this year and you will see they report adjusted profit before tax in the main headlines and then hide the pbt 10 pages into the rns... Every other year they have reported PBT At the top of the rns....

Sell now and buy back cheaper then kindness....

The price is down here due to fundamentals - the fundamentals of the usa and Europe are shocking due to management's failures - when the usa/europe fundamentals match that of the uk there will be an epic recovery - until then it's the daily grind movements....

300p to 100p in under 6 month's - the reverse could be a lot quicker if management sort this out rather than blaming covid.

It's looking like the plt valuation could need looking in to as they valued that at a billion pounds - way over priced given recent performance.

The only c9ck up here is the usa distribution centre -

Uk growth was ahead of expectations and

Usa revenue makes up 20 to 25 percent of the company revenue and management have just let the growth dissappear.
