There won't be no takeover here, no single shareholder is allowed to benefit more than anyone else in a takeover or buy out situation so with all the management having price targets for huge bonuses it's a no go.

A lot of people seem to be neglecting the fact there has been a forced seller in the market i.e jupiter and they have probably sold a lot more than the 5 percent the market thought, they have had to exit in a rushed situation and that has helped this share price die.

None of this matters..... Anything they do in the uk now is futile.... Unless they address the usa distribution centre immediately the price will keep falling.

I believe maxage was telling people to hold at 330p as management wouldn't let it drop anymore.... He then sold at 98p recently and can't get over it.

The usa growth falling back due to shipping time is whats hit boohoo, the associated costs of shipping to the USA with out using a distribution centre have wiped out a huge chunk of profit as well (due to covid admittedly). Those shipping costs will amount to taking over 60 million out of the profit.

The rest is taken out by general freight cost increases which cannot be helped.

Uk growth was phenomenal but hit by the above mentioned fall back in usa revenue.

It really is that simple.

We would have made more profit this year if they had stopped international shipping altogether.

You do have to wonder how much control JL has here... Mahmud and Carol have built this up from scratch and they have bother dropped a fortune in net worth - Mahmud looking at 600 to 700 million!

I believe the mistake with the usa distribution falls in all of their laps, I don't believe that all the acquisitions were JL's choice either.

If they come back to the market in march with no ground made on usa distribution somebody will be getting voted off the board at the agm.

Joules is in big trouble.... They are tiny, they have less revenue than boohoo when boohoo ipo'd, and their current profit margin for the year looks to be 2 percent.... That's horrendous.
