Uk growth was phenomenal at over 30 percent.... But when you have negative in usa and europe and the rest of the world it eats away at the uk growth figure hence full year growth being cut from 25 down to 12 - 14 pc....

Then you have the margin cut due to excess outbound shipping costs of 40 million pounds..... The usa will actually be loss making.

I'm a large boohoo holder but i see the problems...

Management got to ****y and over spent on acquisitions thinking boohoo was bullet proof...

They didn't just sacrifice usa growth by not spending money on a usa distribution centre, they also sacrificed uk growth by allowing usa to sabotage the uk growth..

Once they get this right the share price will move up very fast....

Did pwc walk?! They cut their ties with boohoo immediately after 7 years of service due to the slave scandal.

Management here have made some horrendous mistakes over the years and they still do to this very day.

The share price is not this low due to shorters - the company should be making 150 million pbt this year but due to ridiculous management decisions the company wilp make under 50 pbt - that is why the share price is this low.

You need to realise this company has serious management problems right now - they spent 400 million pounds and in the process cut expected pbt by 70 percent.

If there is no full update on the usa distribution centre then the Ceo should stand down, this is a thorn that could ruin this companies overseas growth and ultimately trash the uk growth.

Highly likely outcome here is management use this current "war" and the "pandemic related issues" to pull a coup and rip off private holders here....

Obviously none of the company issues are down to management spending 90 percent of the companies cash in 18 month's on acquisitions and London offices.... Not forgetting nearly 200 million into Umars pocket for plt.....

His point was this - boohoo were buying 66 percent of plt so they could use boohoo money to build plt then buy the remaining 34 percent at a premium and thus putting hundreds of millions in the kamani family pocket.... Sounds familiar huh!!

His view was to buy all or none of plt.... But what did he know he only helped build boohoo from day one
