There will be no takeover.

There may be an offer put forward however which will immediately rerate the share price.

The offer would also have to be put forward to shareholders to vote on and no majority vote would get passed for less than 300p.

An offer of 200p would certainly get some attention.... Specifically the market makers.....

I'd agree it makes sense if there was a ramper and deramper at different times but having on person ramping and deramping at the same time is like holding the accelerator and brake at the same time....

Don't know if anyone noticed primarks trading update recently.... They're heavily down on pre pandemic apparently...

Sales in our UK stores were well ahead of last year. Like-for-like sales were 10% below two years ago

Total Primark sales this period were 5% lower than pre-COVID levels in the same period two years ago. Like-for-like sales were 11% below.

Id be looking more at company growth.....

Joules revenue up 100% since 2015....

Boohoo revenue up 1000% since 2015...

Joules showing a pe of 45 where as boo is around 22....

I'd be interested to hear your figures on boo vs joules and why you believe joules was undervalued more than boohoo..

Just wait until boohoo makes it's recovery like joules....
