Hexam - h1 last year we had 230 million quid, half one this year we had 130 million quid.

If they do report losses of over 200 million quid then I would expect there to be some hefty cash outgoings...

for those with an open mind this rns is a notification that there will be no trading update for at least a month, and also there has been no significant improvements with the strategic review or incredible plan, had there been developments she wouldn't be able to buy.

so here we are, back to business as usual with a board of directors with deaf ears.

Frasers weren't asked to make a similar commitment, frasers were asked to tie their hands up for the whole time they sat on the board. Not the 6 months that Kamani deceived people like you with. (6 months with multiple get out clauses)

Also if frasers were being asked to sign such agreements then the whole board should have been signing the same agreement.

Talk of frasers is futile as its just ifs and buts, the frasers ship has passed for now. In fact talking about anything to do with the company with you is futile as you don't have a clue about any capex, how much cash is being used or what the real losses are.

What isn't if and buts is the terrible performance from this company over the last few years, and the terrible performance is still very much a problem today.

What will be interesting is when management try and pass a new bonus scheme, they have faced fierce opposition in the passed before frasers were even a holder... It will get really interesting now... (if the company survives with us shareholders that is)

Were frasers a distraction when management were trying to take bonuses last year for 160 million losses?

Were they a distraction when asking for assurances that the kamanis won't asset strip the business to friends?

The best bit of today is the board talking of distractions - what's been distracting them for the 3 years prior?? Surely there must have been distractions to warrant the revenue decline and mounting losses.

It's quite interesting that people are choosing to discount frasers votes as though they are not legitimate

They are the single biggest holder in percentage and pounds invested.

However anyone chooses to spin it there was still 36.8 against

Kamani and kane etc are all on a free spin here, they are in profit to the tune of 600 million.

Interestingly since the vote for Carol back in mid 2021 the sp is down some 90.4 percent - I wonder if those that voted in favour at that time are a happy holder here. Will they get burned a second time??

For anyone here that is interested, have a look at asos results for 2020 and 2021 and compare with boohoo, you will see that asos were noting the covid tailwinds and highlighting the numbers it was adding.... Boohoo was more like we're going to the moooooon spend spend spend.... I think asos will be the first to recover as well.

There has not been one positive trading update in 3 years - not one single improvement on a group level.

Yes they might big up debenhams but they also forget nastygal has lost 120 million of revenue, I'm not interested in anything thats not a on a group level - breaking down any segment is pointless.

I note they have stopped mentioning all of the above.

I have no interest in anything to do with this board of directors - they are complete failures and drove this business to a flip a coin gamble, if we're lucky we get a quid a share, or we get nothing.

You should point your anger in the right direction and remember how long they ignored you and everyone else.

Imagine a world where a board of directors lose over 90 percent of the company value, spend all of its cash, at the same time buying companies off the directors son at over inflated prices, and then shareholders have a pop at other shareholders for being annoyed lol!!
