Below taken from sept rns regarding closure of usdc - apparently encouraging results regarding fulfilment from the uk and also in advanced talks with major usa brands for new routes to market.

Then on 13th Nov h1 results no mention of usa figures at all as far as I can see, in fact no mention of usa at all.

Safe to say the usa is nor going great.

I have a lot of money in this share and people can probably gather I'm sick to death of the greedy charlatan family. They do not give a t0ss about shareholders and that's a fact.

They are so one track minded with greed they thought they could buy growth but ended up with a business nearly half the size it once was.

I literally cannot wait to see the full accounts for plt, judging by the web traffic they will be absolutely shocking. 2 million a year for failure for Umar.

If you have time compare the asos full year results with boohoo from around 2020 - 2022.... You will notice the quality of the board at asos compared to this clown show.

The fact they haven't refuted Frasers claim tells me the claim is true.

Watching people defend the company management here is like watching someone who has been kidnapped telling the police to go away.

A company making losses of 160 million and cash of probably 100 million has aggreed to give 2 percent of that cash to a family member for running one brand in the business? AND NOT TELL SHAREHOLDERS BECAUSE THEY KNOW ITS A PROBLEM!

Those that joined the frasers call will remember something being mentioned about directors of companies setting up other companies/suppliers that supply the company they are directors of in order for them to make more money themselves.

Don't be surprised if gets exposed the kamanis own companies that our suppliers go through as a "middle man"

This whole saga regarding Umars pay is pushing the absolute shocking investment at revb to one side for now... That has been an absolute calamity.... Some may remember that mahmud bought loads of revb personally at the peak, it was alleged he was then using company money to buy and support the share price.

Bigging up 2 x 100k purchases while trying your best to legitimize 2.4 million quid payment to the founders son is barmy.

The abuse here has been blatant...

The pre results sell off into bad results multiple times from 300 down to 50p!!.... I contacted the nomad it was so blatant.. They were wearing stevie wonders shades at the time though...

I note today's absolutely shocking update and share price collapse over at revolution beauty. (seems like anything boohoo management touch they destroy shareholders value) 

The reason I am notifying you of this is I believe Boohoo have Revb listed on the balance sheet at a value of 29.7 million pounds. 

The real value is closer to 10 million (just over 4 x Umars annual pay packet). 

Can you please respond to let me know when this figure will be corrected as it is a very large discrepancy for a listed companies balance sheet. 

This company is rotten to the core.

Every board member, the remuneration committee and the nomad are all to blame - just back hander yes men.

It's just scandal after scandal - market traders that got lucky at the right time and shafted everyone else.

They have got used to taking more and more money unchallenged, greed growing by the year.

This company needs breaking up and the proceeds distributed to shareholders.

This is singlehandedly the worst governed businesses on the stock exchange.
