Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Looking at the LTIP as announced in the RNS dated 3 May 2022. The SP targets for the Directors in that RNS are 5.38p and 10.75p. I imagine Graham & Co will do all they can to achieve these price targets which will then trigger their Long Term Incentive Plans (LTIP).
Also, the last fundraiser was at 2p. I imagine those investors will want to see a return too before they start selling.
The RNS dated 8 June 2022 ".......£2.88 million raised via a placing with institutional and other investors through the issue of 144,225,000 Fundraise Shares (the "Placing")
o £1.12 million raised via a direct subscription with the Company through the issue of 55,775,000 Fundraise Shares (the "Subscription")
· Sound Energy directors participated in the Subscription, subscribing for an aggregate of £60,000 of Fundraise Shares (the "Director Participation")
· The Fundraise Shares have been placed with/subscribed for by institutional and other investors and included participation by Sound Energy's existing shareholder, Afriquia Gaz S.A."
The bank we are dealing with for financing are very rateable: https://www.moroccoworldnews.com/2023/04/355231/moroccos-attijariwafa-bank-among-africa-middle-easts-30-largest-banks

This could further increase the need for Moroccan Gas to export. I imagine there may be much pressure in Morocco to get our gas out of the ground asap.
Old news. I thought a big order was being filled when they dropped the bid price this morning. Good to flush out the sellers at sub 2p. £50k at 2.09p purchased. Should be an interesting afternoon. No idea how this will close today.

It's also worth looking at the LTIP as announced in the RNS dated 3 May 2022. The SP targets in that RNS are 5.38p and 10.75p. Also, the last fundraise was at 2p. I imagine those investors will want to see a return too before they start selling.

What I find very interesting is how little volume is required to move the SP in either direction. Tightly held? When the real news comes it will be fascinating to see how the SP reacts. Fingers crossed its good news!

"London-listed Sound Energy expects to reach a final investment decision (FID) for the second phase of its Tendrara concession by year-end, as it continues its search for a farm-in partner to join further exploration and appraisal work. Production from phase I is also expected to start in early 2024, writes Marc Howar"
