Hi Caesar, It's easy to remove a filter. On the filters tab, select the nickname of the user you've filtered by mistake (your own name) and click on it. The filter will then be removed. As the website receives on average around 8,000 posts per day, it is not feasible for us to check the content of every message posted by third parties. We mainly monitor the boards in relation to complaints either by third parties or our users, and then review surrounding posts also. Should you feel that there are members being offensive as you say in your post above, please either use the 'report post' option or email us on the above email address advising of the usernames and posts and the moderation team can then review said posts. Hi Shan, Thanks for your message. I agree, that this could potentially mislead new investors. However, the RNS button should also be flashing which should alert members to view this as may explain the rise. I have passed your comment on to the development team to look in to. Hopefully it is something that can be actioned. however, we do have a number of projects we are currently working on so unsure as to when it will be completed. Hi wordog, You do not currently have any filters set up on your account, which will be why posts were still displaying. The filter option should display on Safari on Mac, this has been tested on different versions of Safari. Please can you send a screen shot of what you are seeing and where the option is missing to info@lse.co.uk. All the best

Hi Doze, As I see. The trouble with that is the majority of members use Message View as opposed to Thread View, and therefore identifying which members are having a conversation may not be as easy. I have passed your comments on to the development team to have a look at in the future and see if they can rack their brains to find a suitable way of perhaps doing so and potentially incorporating it on to the site in the future. Hi Shan, Thanks for your thoughts and feedback. I have passed it on to the development team to look in to in the future. Our old charts only had a maximum of 5 years also, as it depends how much data is included and whether it may cause problems with our charts. We do have a number of other projects which we are currently working on, so I am unsure as to when this will be investigated and actioned, but it has been added to the 'potential to-do list'! Hi atchey, Thanks for your feedback and ideas, always appreciated! As for the 'Add to Portfolio' icon, we have in fact removed this icon now. After you highlighted this to us, we noticed errors with it, and only links to the Old Portfolios, which is why you were unable to add them on to the current portfolio layout. After talking with the development team, changing the feature to be able to add the to the new current portfolios is not a quick easy thing to develop, hence why the button has been removed. I have however left it with them to look in to in the future. Unfortunately it is not something that will be added in the near future however. Having said this, by adding shares to your portfolio directly from the portfolio page, is a quick and easy process. We also have the 'Watchlist' icon, which works fine and is great to keep an eye on those shares that interest you. All the best

Hi KrispyDuck, We do not know as to why brokers are buying/selling at their prices. Therefore it is best to contact your broker and discuss it with them directly. We receive our Level 2 information from a third party data supplier who receive their data directly from the London Stock Exchange. Apologies I cannot be of of more help with your question.
