Good morning Stephen-, Thanks for your ideas and feedback. Unfortunately we are not currently looking to expand our listings in to other exchanges. As for the mobile platform, this is something we are in the process of developing at the moment. We hope to have it up and running in the not too distant future. We will be advising site members when this happens. In regards to increasing / lowering shares on your portfolio, you do not need to sell the stock each time. If you click on 'Sell', you can then just select the amount in which you've sold. For example, you hold 1000 Lloyds, you can put the sell amount of 100 shares and click 'Go'. On the next page you can also adjust the price if you sold at a different price to what is displayed. All this will then be adjusted on your portfolio to show 900 shares at the price of... This is the same for buying shares, if you already have Lloyds for example again, you can click buy shares, and type in the ticker again and the amount of share increased, this will then add to the holding you already have on the portfolio. I have passed on your last idea to the development team to see if this is something that could work on the site. I know the spacing on each row however is limited, so unsure if it would work in that sense. Any other questions or ideas, don't hesitate to contact us. Many thanks

Hi The.D.G, Yes we do have a test environment. Any updates are tested thoroughly before being uploaded. Unfortunately once an update gets pushed to the live system there are certain unforeseen circumstances which can occur, as there are different variables which come in to play. In regards to the previous problem that occurred which we advised data resilience was our number one priority, that has also been actioned. A new server was installed yesterday and should be online with in the coming weeks. Many thanks

Good morning The.D.G, Unfortunately we did experience problems with the Level 2 data this morning. The issue has been rectified and the Level 2 service is now streaming data again. You can get live chat with a Premium membership via the terminal. This can be accessed by clicking the 'Members' tab, and selecting 'LSE Terminal'. You can customise the page to how you want, with just the things you wish to view, ie specific share chats, live watchlists, graphs and more. Live chat on the normal share chat pages however, is unfortunately something that is not currently in the pipeline to be added. Many thanks

Hi Hebridean, Hopefully you'll find the Watchlist page much more helpful! We are unable to increase the number in the Quick Picks list unfortunately. However, the development team are currently in the process of creating a percentage view for the Quick Picks. This will hopefully be implemented in the not to distant future. You may be receiving re-targeted ads, hence the repetition. Unfortunately we can not stop the ads. Pop up ads are removed for Premium members, but not the normal ad spaces. Many thanks

Hi Hebridean, Good news, both of these things will be implemented. The Live price section will eventually just be turned in to the Watchlist as they do the same thing now, except the Watchlist contains more info. Do you use the Watchlist at all? You may find this page of more use to you than the Live price page if you wish to order the companies you add by any of the headings. We will be making improvements to the Share rise and fallers page in the not too distant future. This will include clearer indicators of when a share has risen or fallen. Hi Del44 Unfortunately there is a serious issue with streaming data on 2 occasions throughout today - the latest issue was at 13.45. The tech team are currently trying their best to get all the data up to date and caught up as a matter of urgency. We are also in the process of rebuilding our data services to make them more resilient - however, the problem today is a little unusual and our team are looking at what caused it. Apologies for the issue - and please be aware that the data resilience is our number one priority at the moment.

Hi FlyerUK, The share chat boards are not forums like the General Chat. On some of the busiest boards there are near 400,000 posts, therefore starting from oldest to newest would not be feasible. Due to the sheer number of posts made on a lot of the boards, this is by far the easiest way to display them. Unfortunately it does mean having to sometimes go back a few pages if you have not visited the site for a while. There is also the 'Posts per page' option (just above the first post on a share chat page), which allows you to view up to 50 posts per page, which may make viewing easier. Most other share discussion boards are the same and show the posts in reverse chronological order. All the best
