I think he'll get a deal. At the very worst the government there would take us out, just to speed things up with an alternative operator. It's small potatoes to them, if they want to start a nationalised gas company. The question is one of price and those of us that have been here for many years are almost certain to be disappointed. Could C4 buy Sidi? Could we go again there?

Could well be plan b. Plan c could be to forward -sell gas from TE5 Horst at a significant discount to GSA to generate funds for further drilling. Plan d could be total company sale. Plenty of options and no need to panic. The reason the bashers keep doing their thing is because they know there is intrinsic value to be realised.

I'm not sure a placing at a 10% discount is particularly unusual? I've seen it many, many times.

I'd happily go for another 6+ drills, so long as it was an accelerated campaign with more than one rig. A placing with warrants to fund it would also be fine with me.

The big question is why was the raise so small?

Quite right, we missed the paleozoic at TE8 and then seem to have gone for TAGI targets ever since. We possible tickled it at TE10. I think it was a mistake to only have funds for 3 drills: it leaves us in a very weak position now. Time to double down and make some bold plays.

JP should get back to being a bold deal maker. Get a drill going at Sidi via farm -in, another 3 -5 wells (old and new prospects) in Tendrara, from a fund raise, and finish the job properly. Dusters hurt, but that's the game.

If we go out with a whimper, it will be far worse than rolling the dice again.

FWIW I think a small raise and further drilling is now on the cards.It's the only was any value can be realised.

I think 2 drills working in tandem might be the way.
