If it's the best offer, then it is the best offer. If it's not, then that is a whole different matter.

It is the uncertainty that drives the price. It can't be accurately valued until we have a deal and then a development/ exploration plan. That's why we are trading at a big discount. Dare I say it's a good time to buy.

We were always going to need to drill -on to realise significant value. He should have doubled down with a 2nd rig. What grates with me is that we have wasted over half a year, when we could have just diluted via a placing and carried on. Totally pointless.

An offer could be made, dependant on further due dilligence by one or both sides. It would likely not be RNS'd in this case.

Does that mean if we go above 9p, then you would think good news is inbound?

Given the current value of SOU, I am not sure contingency payments are on the cards anymore. We would not be taking the risk, so why should we get the reward? Our drills are done and the value is what it is. I am expecting a flat offer of 35p -40p.

Not sure our marketing period has ended seaton. We may well get an update when it does.
