I have seem considerably more than 2% in our area red-hornet. Planning has been put forward for 5000 new homes near West Grinstead. This is in addition to the total destruction of rural area area Horsham, which no doubt join up with Crawley at some stage. Then we have Dunsfold, which is not that far away from me.

I live near Horsham, which has seen estates go up all over the place.
