My solicitor friend has has a look at the case against GCAT and the fact RM may have lied. He has said that there is a certain amount of "poetic license or spin" in an RNS which the signing off bodies will allow but not a blatant lie which they are aware off. As for my losses of circa £8k, it would cost me considerably more than that to pursue a case against them.

Not to many months ago I was thinking this may have been 2p by now. I added on a RNS that clearly states funding secured, and for me totally de-risked the company. This turned out to be utter bullsh*t along with RM's ramped production figures. I have put the sequence of events to a friend solicitor who will cast an eye over it to see if I have a case or something tangible I could put to the FCA. Selling out at .6p has proved to be the right move but still nursing a £8K loss thanks to RM's naivety or lies whichever word you care to use.

And I still don't think we have the full story yet.
