I cannot see any prospectus soon as this share issue seems a complete mess and shareholders left not knowing what's what. The RNS is proof read and passed by others so how the hell can they not miss a decimal point place.

Caracal holdings accounts are now 5 months overdue which is worrying.

Thanks Suggins, and agree it could be a problem if they are the holding company of Caracal Gold PLC. So, if the holding company is suspended that could also lead to Caracal Gold PLC being suspended I take it, or am I way off the mark.

What filings Suggins as the company accounts seem up to date.

Seems some are still selling for small margins.

I dipped my toe back in this week and £1500 down already. I, like LW feel we need the prospectus out sooner than later.

I think the main problem here is the ones LW has highlighted.

Agree sw10000, new man would not take the job up if this is about to go tits up. So, a positive for me.
