I find it very difficult to believe that Merck would waste their time controlling the share price of a company currently worth less than £70M.
One minute we talk about how £200M is pocket change to Merck, then to suggest that they would be concerned about a few pennies price rise doesn't make sense IMO.
The potential to Merck is in the Billions, they won't be concerned about 4D being £70M or £700M, as the payoff for Merck could be, fingers crossed, absolutely huge.
