AP has hoodwinked investors on over this very delay. It was Fully operational in h1, now the terminology has changed to a 6 month timeline which is obviously rolling.

AP just cant seem to tell the truth and spell it out till its too late.

You are too focused on winning the battles but neglect the war. Fact is Coronavirus held up shipping out of China. I told you this long time ago you protested it and then VAST released an RNS saying so.

Romania is under lockdown and whilst some operations will continue many will not. IF you believe receipts of goods, delivery and commissioning , will happen as usual it will not.

I can get beer delivered to my door here. However, I am not allowed into work, its the same the world over.

The fact is its all delayed and will slow up, Face it, you are too deep in on a company that never delivers, and it being hugely impacted as all our by world events.

Just be thankful the dilution will take place at 0.24p but that fact I sit will take place regardless. cash will be required in the meantime for day to day running so the situation isn't looking good.
