Q4 update RNS due on Monday. We already know roughly what to expect from previous RNSs:

60,000 tonnes mined.
Grades 4.5 kpht for KV1, and 3 kpht for KV2.
At least one individual stone worth over $50k.
$/carat at tender around $350.
Maintenance work on equipment expected to take place during 3 week Christmas break.
Positive outlook statement for 2019; increasing grades at both KV1 and KV2, and doubling of production from 200k tonnes per annum to 400k tonnes.

If all that gets confirmed on Monday then we should see a decent a rise.

Investor presentation from a few weeks ago gives a good overview of projects and anticipated news flow. Q1 2019 looks like it’ll be busy, with lots of updates expected. Also, last slide - cash £1.5 million, debt zero. Market cap £2.5 million.

Looks set to be a game-changer in my opinion.

Their spend shows how much other exploration companies value these sorts of projects, and it’s a lot more than the current market cap.

Joint venture partners spending $8 million to fully fund exploration drilling programme on just one of ORRs several projects. Makes a mockery of the current £2.5 million market cap.

Latest round of interviews very encouraging. CEO seems to have his head screwed on. Early trenching results later this month could really get it all moving. Market cap looking way too cheap.

I would urge people not to engage with D14mond.

He refuses to post which shares he is invested in. He is either too much of a coward to, or, as suspected, he is just terrible at it. Good investors don’t have to spend their retirement deramping shares they’re not invested.

But more importantly, in his post the other day to harhoo about MATD, he admitted that he is a short-term trader. I don’t have a problem with short-term traders per se. But a short-term trader who targets specific shares with relentless negativity? That’s a different story. The lowest of the low.

At least he has now shown everyone his true colours, and his true motives for the constant biased negativity.

Wow. So on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, D14mond had nothing better to do than bad mouth a share he’s not invested in, apparently for no other reason than it makes him happy?

This board has sunk to new lows.

He’s gambling on a 1 in 5 chance of MATD striking oil. He’s a complete joker.
I wouldn’t bother engaging with him if I were you. He’s clearly bitter about something, and seems to want to spend his entire retirement bad mouthing shares on anonymous bulletin boards. Not worth your time trying to engage with him.

It would be £120k per year additional profit.
All to be added to the £400k per year additional profit that is coming from new customers. Then there is also all the other contracts that have been announced.

Just for the record, if you have £2 million cash in the bank, current losses of £1.5 million per year, and add at a rate of £500k profit per year, then you move into profit well before the cash runs out. £1 million loss year 1, £0.5 million loss year 2, break even year 3, profits from them onwards.

Of course TOOP are adding profit at a rate above £500k per year, as per all the contract win announcements.

All talk of placings next year seems to be nothing more than malice from trolls with an axe to grind.

Hopefully the company will include 2019 year projections in their upcoming 2018 results.

2019 could be a very big year for TOOP.

He didn’t say it is £90 per acquisition. He said he would never go over £90 per acquisition. He said latest figures were £20 acquisition from Facebook advert.

40% increase on 300 customers per month is 420 new customers in October.

£37.5k gross profit per annum is what was added in the month of October alone. Multiply that by 12, and they will have added over £400k additional gross profit per annum. But customer numbers are rapidly increasing, not staying still, so it is likely to be a lot more than that. And that is just the direct sales contracts. Then there’s the wholesale and larger value individual contracts.

The derampers figures are way out. This is all set for profitability well before the £2 million cash in the bank runs out.

D14mond, you are way off the mark here with your negativity. TOOP is in a phase of exponential growth, and with gross margins of 15-20% and costs of £1.5 million, are well on course for profitability before the £2 million cash runs out. 2017/18 year end revenues weren’t high, only around £1.6 million, but they look to be taking off from there.

You spend a worrying amount of time trying to patronise other investors in companies you hold no shares in, claiming you know it all. But you don’t, far from it. You just took a complete gamble on a 20% chance oil exploration company. It might work out for you. 1 in 5 chance. But that is not investing.

Those who have assessed Toople objectively can see what a fantastic opportunity it is from these levels. You seem to have a massive axe to grind here, so don’t seem to have any objectivity in your assessments and constant negativity.

Good luck with your oil play. Although I despise yours and Miss Gs posts and tone, I actually hope it works out for you.

Wow. I’m not the one talking rubbish. A bed and isa can be done at bid or ask, and most people transfer the same number of shares and just pay the small transfer charge. That’s what I do. But if you don’t believe me, then you can also see the latest director dealing RNS to prove my points.

The 8.5 and 25 million trades are not gamblers rolling anything over. It is shareholders moving their holding from one account to another. The 25 million is to big for an ISA, so probably to a SIPP.

I completely agree with the positive sentiment on here this evening. Huge potential here, especially from this market cap. And with the small number of shares in issue, it has the potential to move very fast with a bit of buying pressure.

It’s been a relentless string of new contract wins over the last 6 months from the team at Toople... 26th March contract: “This is a significant contract for us, not only in terms of the number of outlets to which we will be supplying our services, but also in winning this business from their incumbent provider, BT.” 11th April contract: "It's great to see that the Toople approach of fixed prices and transparent costs has again been attractive and successful in winning a customer from one of the big carriers.” 21st May contract: “The contract is expected to be worth at least GBP360,000 over the [24 month] contract period.” 25th June contract: “The deal is expected to result in significant additional monthly revenue for the Company.” Q2 trading update (1st April - 30th June): “The Company has achieved a number of new contract wins which are performing well and driving revenue growth. Total orders received across the business during the period were up 218% when compared to the same period in 2017.” 5th July - 2 contracts: "These are great and financially meaningful wholesale contract wins for Toople.” “Both deals are expected to be material in terms of monthly revenue growth for Toople.” 23rd August contract: "This contract win demonstrates that Toople is excellently placed to take advantage of the opportunities created by BT's migration from legacy products to new technologies.” 29th August contract: “The contract duration is for an initial three years and is expected to deliver at least GBP3.5 million in additional revenue to the Company spread over that period.” They were already doing over £1.2 million annual revenue before the announcement of all these new contracts. And now, with these contracts getting bigger and being added on an increasingly regular basis, revenues look set to grow exponentially. And the market cap is still only £1.6 million!

You’re seriously comparing TOOP to CTAG?! Laughable. CTAG was a company with no product, no revenue, and a £400 million market cap! TOOP is quite the opposite.

A share price of 10p would still only be a £20 million market cap. The longer it goes without a placing, the more likely it is that the significantly increased revenues from new contracts are resulting in a positive cash balance...

With all these recent contract wins, it beggars belief that the market cap is still only £1.2m. Potential for a big rise from these levels.

This could move fast with a bit of buying pressure. Plenty of very good reasons to load up IMO. The fact that the derampers are starting to sound a bit desperate is also surely a good sign.
