just wait for the 2022 fy report to come out if you think the share price is low now, if they cancel/delay the dividend then this will tank further from the 6p op's update especially if there's no news for 2 more months, i'd have thought you would have waited, but it seems you've been topping up on the way down every other day?

like i said i'll be topping up after it's out as i couldn't see the market reacting positively to it and knew there would be a significant drop on the dismal and sp**** update.

No! 12 months is not the norm to hit TD and if it were why the did Carver say 4 months for the 802 Deep Well to hit 4,300m TD and 6 months to hit 5,200m TD?

Pretty much every other O&G company I've invested in over the past 20 years have hit TD within 1-7 months, which is the norm.

Drilling a 5,00m well averaging a mere 30m per day takes less than 6 months for example.

You really do make up as you go along, next you'll be saying CASP won't fall below 4.25p............Ooops.

I'll guess the 802 Deep Well flows hmmmmm 2,000 bopd and throw in 1,000 bopd from the 142 Shallow Horizontal Well to boot.

CASP have never achieved hitting TD when they say they will.

The 802 Deep Well has taken over 12 months thus far with a further 2 months expected to complete the well, it was initially stated to take 6 months to hit TD then they changed it to 4 months - it's the same story with most wells - will the 803 Deep Well take as long?

Another 12 months of delays have occurred from what they said would happen last year.....and the year before.

Why haven't they sidetracked the A5 Deep Well for 3 years? - their most promising well.

Hopefully the 142 Shallow Horizontal Well will be producing again before the end of August and the 802 Deep Well to boot.

Some realism needed, CASP will be in a lot better position come Q4 in the meantime it's a slow burn.

The last Op's Update blew away whatever they said in their previous Op's Update in December 2022 as per so no mate it's not very ''Very, very easy to achieve in a short space of time and also extremely easy for them to exceed!'' as we have come to expect over the years.

What was supposed to have been completed this year A5/A6/A7/801/803 will all come to fruition at some point next year now.

I can't wait to read the 2022 FY Report to see what's been a happening.

You can probably tell I'm very disappointed again with their progress, tanking the share price and adding another missed year of an increase of production and underpinning the P1/P2 Reserve numbers.

Got to be in it to win though.............

Exactly, on the 50% sale of the CE it's pretty evident they need the dosh to pay for Op's and even though they have said the proceeds will be put towards their Op's there's a good chance they may pay the next quarterly dividend (end of September) with some of the money. If production increases from 142/802 don't happen until late August they may have to use the CE dosh (when will it be paid?) to pay the Q3 dividend, because they'll have to wait until Sept-end/ Oct to see an increase in local oil payments receipts where they can start looking to pay the quarterly dividend again from production. I think they have too many bills to pay this quarters to fork out £3m on dividends, let's see what the 2022 FY Report says.

As I said the market will react accordingly to the dismal Op's RNS and it has with a further 20% share price decline since and if the dividend is cancelled or delayed it will drop further. I said I wouldn't be topping up until after the 2022 FY Report is published as I found nothing positive in the Op's RNS. SmartP1 for weeks you've constantly been saying you expect a separate RNS confirming a dividend payment which hasn't materialized even though CASP have said twice the dividend update will be in the 2022 FY Report, first at the end of May and then at the end of June.

I have explained several times the cause of the share price drop would be due to fees due, lack of cash - drop in oil prices, more unexpected operational funding needed, A5/A7 wells not spudding after problems wit the 802 Deep Well, G70 rig not in use and a further 400 bopd lost production, why you no listen?

After the 2022 FY Report there's likely to be no new production for a couple of months (August) and no doubt some radio silence between then apart from the 803 Deep Well spudding next month? seeing a further share price drop until 142/802 wells are producing again.

The 2022 FY Report will be financially a lot better than 2021 but that positive will be short lived until an increase in production is announced. 5 months they've had to use the new G70 rig to drill the A5/A7 while they've waited for additional equipment, why haven't they - does that need new parts from China too?

If you add up their timelines and 'early' Q2 comments they're behind over a month with updating the market, this could be due to the perforated holes being blocked with sand/fluid and they're having to re-pressurize the well to unblock the perf holes? just a guess with the time it's taking for flow rate update.

And so we wait.....

Been here for what seems forever, need 18p to break even.

The market won't give a toss how they did in 2022, they're interested in the here and now. Productions down/ oil prices down/ no dividend/ bank account low/ operational costs up with shallows being re-drilled/ 802 repair- additional equipment - I'm trying to find a positive but.....

More low hanging fruit to be had shortly, but like I've said Q4 and next year should be peachy.

If the 2022 FY Result is not up to much and dividend cancelled etc. the share price will obviously fall on the back of it and there's unlikely to be any operational news for a couple of months until 802/142 news or a possible July 803 spud.

If they had plenty of dosh in the bank they would have already announced a dividend payment for the quarter and they haven't, wonder why?

There could be some low hanging fruit to pick up over the next few weeks or so.

If the dividend is cancelled or delayed the share price will drop and CASP's bank account could be shot, so not topping up until after the FY Results are out, which let's face it are not looking good.

Yeah get it now - based on approx. 2p per share in October instead of 12.5p per share back in March, so nearly $20M profit for 50% of CE.
