How long would it typically take to transfer a SIPP from HL to ii ? Also, can you still trade stocks in the HL sipp during the process?

Indian Metals market was open today - gold & silver down 6% so looks like volatility will continue tonight/tomorrow

I'd be gutted if this hyper-inflation theory became a reality - have sliced about 50% of my GGP holding within SIPP and put into what I thought were relatively safe'ish funds.

Not too concerned that I'll miss out on some future profits as I still have a sizeable holding but, after 2021, I could see my pension pot being again decimated despite having done what I considered sensible as I'll need my pension in the next couple of years.
