Happens all the time! They forward sell the shares at market value before announcing the placing has happened! Immediate profit and zero risk knowing they get the shares at a lower agreed price when the placing is officially announced and price drops.

Nah its gone way past a TR1 now 600k delayed today 800k one day last week most nights its over 100k for at least 4 weeks. Totals probably £5m value, around 8.5% shares in issue

It'll already be gobbled up, forward sold should be illegal! No placings should arranged without shareholders knowledge or consent bang out of order! Really hope its not!

Don't think GDR's does that.

According to bbc this morning the variant test is carried out after a positive PCR test. I am pretty sure covid tests such as our beads and POC are broad ie they detect all variants but they cannot tell you if you have a specific mutation.

Yes the GDR test detects all known variants but I don't think it can identify a specific variant.
