SEAPEX / GESGB Asia Pacific Technical Conference
A presentation prepared by the technical team of Baron's subsidiary SundaGas Banda Unipessoal Lda will feature at the 'Asia Pacific 2024' geoscience technical conference on 18-19 June 2024 in London, which is co-organised by the SE Asia Petroleum Exploration Society (SEAPEX) and the Geoscience Energy Society of Great Britain (GESGB). This presentation, which will cover the geological and commercial setting of the Timor Sea region, will be available to view on the Company's website www.baronoilplc.com from 18 June 2024.
Proactive One2One Investor Forum
Baron will be presenting at the Proactive One2One Investor Forum in London on 19 June 2024. This event is targeted at private and institutional investors and the Company's participation will include a presentation followed by a Q&A session and informal networking. As well as physical attendance, investors will have the opportunity to see the event via a video recording which will subsequently be made available on the Company's website.
Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
As previously announced, the Company will hold its AGM on 21 June 2024 at 11 a.m. BST on 21 June 2024 at Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London, EC4R 3TT. Shareholders are requested to bring photo ID in order to be able to enter Riverbank House.
All Baron shareholders are welcome to attend in person but are also encouraged to vote on the AGM resolutions in advance by proxy. As well as the formal business of the AGM, the meeting will include a presentation and an opportunity for shareholders to ask questions of the Company's directors.
