disposals total approx 45mil, minus that from the 235mil gives you 190mil and they need to dispose of another 45mil to hit the step down. So if succesful they will end up with a 135mil portfolio and hopefully a managable debt level with an improving commercial sector. Current Mcap 750,000 shows significant up-side to a succesful end or zero if bust lol You can only loose 100% against a potential gain of 1000's%
