Don't believe the spread on here its never right! Bid .21 and Ask .23. Things could start to move here as there is definitely more exposure taking place surrounding the case! It would be good to get something positive on the CITIC MOU!!!! GLA :-)

Parties now seem to have responded so its a waiting game! I would think this should be wrapped up fairly quickly between 1-2 months........... The task force went fishing as the GW report was not enough, I don't think they caught anything and without anything new/concrete this case is dead in the water!!

Well its not done yet as they have only filed for dismissal, the court/Judge will have to review what has been submitted and rule accordingly! Sherman has also submitted for the charges to be dropped, so we wait to see!! President Sirleaf has stated corruption is prevalent and there are FAR bigger companies at it than Sable so you have to ask as to the motives behind the GW report......

Don't see how they can pursue this anyway as the statute of limitation has expired! There seems to be a lot of very simple oversights in this case anyone of which should see this thrown out of court!!
