Missing the fact that unlike other solutions this is retrofitted and can control many different circuits not just lighting and in that repect is quite unique! Quick simple and relatively cheap to install moniter and maintain! Unlike other solutions where each device is autonomous this can moniter adapt and learn all devices on a circuit or individual devices as required as it is not built into one device.

At no point said they are working exclusively together on lighting or any project. I have quoted articles that state they are jointly developing IoT lighting solutions.

Yes 80% of them are signed up and using IBM and will therefore be looking at IBM partners to fulfill their ongoing requirements imop! Why use someone not using/based on IBM Watson IoT when you already are! Huge market, huge potential! You need to look at the bigger picture and take your head outta your arse ;-)
