Yes could have been a bit later for me as I believe I paid about 40 p but have since bought and sold but have paid a large extra house mortgage off for my daughter and have had a few nice holidays on the interest and am still holding quite a large wad . Yes would have loved to see them at three pounds let alone seven .

I bought these shares for pennies I can’t remember how long ago .

We can not expect anything great to occur at the moment when the main part of the world is in turmoil our own ministers are playing sex games and making ridiculous comments even after leaving office oh and we have also got a failing opposition party falling out with our Jewish neighbours many of whom keep the wheels of industry moving .
And then we have the golden bear a title for him I’ve borrowed from J Nicholas over the pond screwing all our trading partners by jumping up and down in his cot asking for more consistently . An awful lot of working out to be done.

The Motley fool has had detrimental comments many times on this column but has for a long time now been an ardent follower of ITV .I bought into these shares many moons ago for pennies and was called a fool . Could you elaborate on why you think this advic given by the motley fool is foolish and only for fools .

Yes I concur with what you are saying and think it will not be long now before we will have some encouraging comments from Caroline to infuse a bit if suport for this share as that is all it is lacking it has plenty of followers a few of my associates have investment in ITV and have never given the impression that they are getting fed up or anything .

I do not see many shares being unloaded a good time to buy I would say . This share has not dropped nearly as much as most .

Tell. Will be with us for many years yet to come it is the cinema that has to worry just like the high street stores . A lot of my neighbours now don’t even do there weekly shop but get it delivered . We are quickly becoming a stay at home nation in dining as well as entertainment .

I am thinking that Liberty and Discovery will be needing to do something with all three soon to liven it up as there is not very much happening with it at present except maybe New York and a bit in Los Angela’s I’m thinking expand or get rid

I can not understand how they can decry ITV ON. ITS ADVERTISING SLOW DOWN and not give it credit for the tremendous amount of production business it as developed over the last few years to counteract the expected loss of advertising revenue. This has been on the books for many years now .

I realy do not think that Liberty are going to make an aproech untill Brexit is sorted out one way or the other some time ago I read that they were definitely in favour of remain .
