Take note who is onboard and what nationalities, do not FCUK with us, Bahamas Defence Force, watch & shoot, watch & shoot :-)
With the Royal Bahamas Defence Force and US Coastguard briefed on the drill ship's operating and safety procedures, the oil explorer added that the Department of Environmental Planning and Protection has now been briefed on the precise well location as well as having issued further unspecified approvals.
#To provide further environmental safeguards, BPC said officials from Black & Veatch, the US-based consultants that assisted the Government with assessing the company's applications, will be present on the drill ship to provide a further layer of oversight during the 45-60 day drilling period.

That was short lived, arrow down. Said many a time that this share always throws a spanner in the works.
3-3.05
They either want your shares or have a load to offload, or not enough action!!!!!!!
Imagine a few were hit this morning just below the 3p mark.
Jono, the exerciser has a number of options.
1. Buy the shares 5mil x 2p =100k
2. Forward sell the shares which covers there 100k and they are in profit above the 2p sell price.
It's all about the tax, and a risk at whatever route they take.
He's stumped up 100k of his own cash to buy them, nice if u have that sort of cash, or got a loan lol.
https://carta.com/blog/exercising-stock-options/#what-is-early-exercising
When a company gives you stock options, they’re not giving you shares of stock outright—they’re giving you the right to buy shares of company stock at a specific price. This price is called your strike price, exercise price, or grant price and is usually the fair market value of the shares at the time you’re granted your options. The hope is the value of the shares will go up and you’ll be able to sell them for (much) more than you paid.
Exercising stock options means purchasing shares of the issuer’s common stock at the set price defined in your option grant. If you decide to purchase shares, you own a piece of the company. You’re never required to exercise your options, though.
It’s important to have a strategy around exercising options—not just exercise and hope they end up being worth something—because exercising can have a very real (and potentially large) impact on your taxes
LW, The RNS is only telling us what we know already, and what you would expect in relation to the Covid logistical side.
Most of the rig sailing price is already priced in, needs a Cple of more good RNS to move us up.

Behave Onlybpc, scolding, ur having a laugh :-). The only tactics about RNS release is how the MM's play it out, its a regulated release, and it's how companies want to play it for there mates to get in.
Dont get sucked in and caught out.
Onlybpc
Eticate on the board please :-) If a RNS has not been issued do not use a headline RNS, I thought u knew the score or are you not reading the board.
Good luck, ,:-)
Tecjed1 , only said in jest buddy :-)
Good luck

Eticate please :-)
This share always has one thing after another, and always something jumps in the way, let's hope it's not another fly in the ointment :-)
We shall see.
Is Boratt managing this site, total crap crashing again and again. If Management read this, pull someone's thumb out of there hoop.
JP, Depends what you mean by a large top up, 50k or above Monday morning doubles your money (Inshalla), if you have a spare 50k above that will send you my bank details, decent % rate return :-)
All the best
CC, 8p party should still be at yours, just have to pay own flights :-) is that an option lol
Rossannan
Hope you have not been dragged in on the £1.13 dream :-)
Reality to get that price, is, a large share consolidation and a very good proven commercial and recoverable find.
As for Pre drill price, 8p Max for me, but AIM has a habbit of throwing the rule book out of the window. If a commercial and large find with shares in issue, and other CERP bits, then we would still be under 50p and that needs to be a very good find.
Good luck
