Simon went out of his way just incase there is oil, and to lay the foundation in peoples mind that the money could, or would only come from oil to support the fund.
Laying foundations does not mean they can be built on, especially if the funding dries up, or does not materialise, just like business partners letting you down with the rest of the project funding. (Have you not seen coronation street :-)

Still cant find the RNS'S with the awards of shares for the drill starting. With the court case scuppered, Rainbow rained on, Brexit deal sorted, or nearly signed off, we will probably open at 2.45 on Tuesday, and the shares for directors awards placed in an RNS this week, hopefully get back to 2.60 by the week end.
