For some reason, I don't think of it as the most obvious choice, but that does not mean it's not possible.

Guess the conclusion is that my thought experiment is dead in the water.

Or should we perhaps look into a venture capitalist to get HG-CT-1 through phase 1, for 10-20 percent slice of HG-CT-1?

Is it possible they are willing to do so again, here over the weekend.

The scientist that was let go, to cut the costs down, where are they now.

Are some of them working for a BIG pharma company now.

Were any of them headhunted?

Is there a BIG pharma that has hired more then one of them?

If one is working for a BIG pharma, there is a chance they have been hired because the company wants to make a bit for HG-CT-1 or HEMOGENYX it self and wants to secure one of the brains behind the products.

If 2 or more of the people that was let go works for the same BIG pharma.......

The years and Billions comment made by Mr Sandler, was that really only related to HG-CT-1?

I have for a long time understood it to be regarding the company and it's various products.

But, I could have gotten that one wrong.

Let's have a discussion about what we would see as a good outcome, at this stage if:

HG-CT-1 was sold 100 percent

70 percent was sold

50 percent sold

30 percent sold

Or licensed to a specific region and/or specific purpose (adding that bid, because who knows what the future shows)

As we are as good as there with the 1 year anniversary with patient 1 ( based on the assumption we would have been told, if something bad had happened) I would be disappointed if HEMOGENYX could not fetch 500 million dollars in a 100 percent sale.

The more the better obviously.

My dream scenario is still to be the main owner of HG-CT-1, but get enough money to progress all 3 products without having to go to the market again, either at all or at least until proof of concept has been established in humans.

The more we keep in house, the more likely it is that HEMOGENYX can become a major player in decades to come.

This company has in my view, the potential to become a multi generation game changer for early investors, who has been topping up along the way.

So neither it, or any of its proven products should be sold for peanuts.

Under the 3.35 update, Sanofi CEO Paul Hudson among other things said:

As for its business development efforts, which have been extensive in recent months, Sanofi will look to fuel its pipeline with more early-stage assets, Hudson added.

“I think we’re light in phase 1,” Hudson said, adding that the company is looking to add “eight to a dozen high-quality programs” and that conversations taking place this week at the conference could address that need.

We are in phase 1.

Maybe, just maybe, one of those talks takes place with Mr Sandler.

It sounds like they have been on a buying spree, so my only concern is, if they will get the big purse out for any deals done this week.

For HG-CT-1, I expect the big wallets to come out, unless we keep a significant stake in the product.

Let's see what comes of this week.

Regarding what you said yesterday:

Do you mean 80 pounds minimum a share?

Or was it more a minimum market cap at 80 millions?

Either way, I find them conservative.

Mr Sandler spoke about years and Billions, now that might very well have been for the whole of HEMOGENYX and all three candidates.

But, if HG-CT-1 can reproduce the result it did with patient 3 (after 28 days eradicate the original cancer producing cells) take patient 2 to a one year survival as well (I say as well, because we are as good as there with patient 1)

If just those 2-3 things were going to happen over over the next 5 months or so, then in my view HG-CT-1 , ought to be worth BILLIONS in its own right.

So for that reason, it could be interesting to read why and how the American analysts arrive at their conclusion.

Unfortunately I have not been able to find anything online that backs up your statement about American analysts.

Would you be so kind and tell us where you found, a bit more about their analyse and a link if possible!

I agree the strategy has changed from manufacturing HG-CT-1 ourselves in-house and outgrowing the current premises that we have leased from Janus (with the added benefit that we could move to something bigger if needed)

With Mr Sandler’s comments last year that HG-CT-1 could be up for sale for the right offer, I think a sale is now more of a possibility than a license or JV.

Although my dream scenario was to still have the product in our portfolio 10 years from now, I can see the benefit of selling it outright now, if the price is right.

I strongly hope it is only HG-CT-1 that is up for sale and not the company.

I can see how the sum HG-CT-1 brings in can kickstart CDX and CBR, even after paying a special dividend to LTH’s (If the sum paid is high enough)

Selling the company at this stage would be keen to give CDX and CBR away.

They are so far from the possible value I expect from them, especially CBR

So let’s sell HT-CT-1 now or later this year, when I expect the value to have increased.

1 year anniversary for Patient 1 being injected is just around the corner.

It could and should, or at least ought to, significantly increase Hemogenyx's value.

Less than 6 million is anticipated to be needed for the whole of 2026.

I do not think it will be a problem to raise that after March:-)

No new patient has been injected for ages.

Meaning, no other sick person has been given HEMOGENYX s potentially life saving medicine for ages as well.

That troubles me.

But was it irresponsible to dismiss the people who manufactured the first batches to the first 3 patients, before Made Scientific was up and running?

Although I acknowledge the merit in such an argument, then I have to disagree.

Because I assume the burn rate would simply have been to high, if the company was to have tried fulfilling this dream scenario.

Annoying we had to let good people go.

Annoying it's taking so long to make the transfer(s)

Especially for the patients that could have benefitted by now.

But let's not forget the avenue that is being persued in Estonia.

By having funds directed there, many more patients will have the ability to be treated faster then in a strictly rigid trial.

Don't get me wrong, trials has to be rigid, for the safety of the involved patients and future patients.

But, when you stand with a wunderkind of a product like HEMOGENYX, in my eyes does with HG-CT-1, then it is fantastic that there now are an avenue like the one in Estonia opening up.

So the retoric answer to the question is: NO

No it was not irresponsible, it was probably what was needed.

The action was probably needed to get us over the goal line on the desired conditions.

Late, yes.

But better late than never:-)

Personally, I don't hope for any news until Wednesday 7-1-2026 or afterwards.

Let people get to work after the holiday, let them have a day or 2 to get into the grove.

Let dealers, brokers, traders, investors get appetite for a successful 2026.

And then let's get updates on funding, tech transfer, injection of patient 4 and 5, the outcome of those after 28 days etc etc.

I have high hopes to 2026.

(But then again, so I did for 2025)

Already attempting to bring HG-CT-1 to the masses through the hospital exemption route in Estonia might be an unconventional step, as the Phase I trial is still ongoing. However, given the promising early results and the urgent need for effective treatments in this patient population, it's not entirely surprising.

The third patient treated has shown promising early signs of efficacy, with no detectable AML cells and no dose-limiting toxicities observed.

What's also notable is that this patient appears to be doing well some 3 months post-treatment, which is a great milestone.

I think it's worth highlighting that the company is already in discussions with CELLIN in Estonia regarding potential commercialization pathways.

As a shareholder, I'm excited to see the progress being made and the potential for HG-CT-1 to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients with relapsed/refractory AML.

I must admit, I both thought and hoped it would have happened by now, there would just have been some poetic poetry in it happening in December and well before Christmas.

It would have been so fantastic for the Patients.

Well, that is not how it played out.

Right here, right now, for the sake of the share price (I am not here for purely altruistic reasons) I do not hope for any news to be released that could have a positive effect on the share price.

Let's wait until people are back from holiday in 2026.

From the RNS' released on 29-10-2025 regarding the RDU shares:

"As a reward for the Hemogenyx team's outstanding contribution to the HG-CT-1 program and their dedication to advancing this groundbreaking therapy, the Company has granted a total of 6,000 Restricted Share Units ("RSUs") to key team members under its existing equity incentive arrangements. These RSUs align the team's interests with those of shareholders and recognize their ongoing efforts in driving Company's clinical and operational success."

So not payment in any shape or form, but a reward for job well done.

It has the added benefit that it align key workers interest with the interest of shareholders.

Win win, if you ask me.

But it also means it caps the funds raised today at just above 294.000 pounds.

Still not to happy if you ask me.

Hopefully not.

Back in August the sure trend of the share price falling after raising of funds was broken.

It is still a risk.

But less of a risk then earlier this year.

Let's hoe it does not happen.

But if it does, I'll serious consider buying myself a Christmas present.

i.e, more shares in HEMOGENYX.

123,377 new Ordinary Shares being added according to today's announcement and is expected to occur on or around 8.00 a.m. on 23 December 2025.

Just in time for Christmas, if you ask me.

This will bring the total number of shares in the Company up too 6,041,255.

105,556 shares at £1.80 raising £190,000 for the Company.

"Further, the Company has issued and allotted 11,821 new Ordinary Shares further to obligations imposed on it under the terms of a Deed of Variation entered into by the Company on 16 September 2025 (the "Variation Shares"). The Variation Shares are being issued at a price of £8.84 per Variation Share."

This amounts to a sum of 104.497.64.

When you add the 190.000 it equals 294.497.64

On top of this sum will what the 6,000 Restricted Stock Units, potentially brings in.

The RNS' does not not mention a price per unit, but unless they are given away for free as some part of payment, then I think it is fair to assume that the sum from these shares will bring the total raised today above 300.000 pounds.

Not a bad for a premature Christmas present:-)

Awesome way to end 2025.

Now I do not expect any further news this year.

We now have funding sorted for the near future, that hopefully ensures we can progress with patients 4&5.

Which will most likely increase the share price, if the injections goes well.

But it is annoying having to do so, Ai ought not to be programmed to lie to please us, but to purely deliver truthful answers and when not capable to say so.

That is however up for governments to legislate on that issue, which I hope they will do one day.

In the meantime, I'll have to add standardized text to each request made to Ai.

That is annoying.

But not as annoying as getting an answer that seems impressive and correct, but is wrong or even worse made up.

Thank you for your informative posts the other day.

With the benefit of hindsight, it is obvious that I mixed apples and pears. (Dilution and Consolidation)

I am surprised Ai, did not call me out on that one.

Then again, maybe I shouldn't.

The post I posted was the result of a longer interaction with Ai

When I gave Ai its orginal task, I got a COMPLETELY made up answer.

When I called it out on this, it blatantly admitted it was made up and for illustrative purpose.

And gave me direction how to do the task myself, which defeated the purpose of asking Ai to do it for me in the first place.

Long story short, I forgot to apply common sense.

Interestingly, when I went back to Ai with Saint68s explanation to find out where we had gotten it wrong, it claimed both were correct, but dealing with different issues.

Trying to figure out, how I should have phrased it to avoid a similar mistake in the future, Ai came up with a good wording.

And now it gets interesting.

As I asked Ai to implement the new wording and recalculate, expecting to reach the same result as Saint68, it came up with 10 pound breakeven result once again.

I have not yet had time to address how that could happen, interesting to find out in the future when I get some time.

Lesson learnt from this interaction with Ai:

Ai, can make up s story on the spot to fulfill the brief, but it is willing to admit so if called out.

Ai, does not automatically inform you that you are mixing apples and pears. It seems more interested in fulfilling the brief.

Even when Ai have solved the misunderstanding then it can continue to reach the same wrong result as in the beginning of the thread.

Anyway, today is Wednesday the 17th of December, it is now 3 months gone.

We wouldn't it be nice if that sparks some additional interest, maybe already today, maybe first in the coming weeks ad things take time, as due diligence must take place.

Replace Multiplier with 66.7 if you accept the tripling → 400:1 → doubling sequence; otherwise use the actual ratio you calculate from the company’s filings.

Bottom line: Even without active management, the structural changes to Hemogenyx’s capital dramatically lower the price you need to recover your original outlay, and modest upside beyond that would turn a modest 2020‑high purchase into a sizable profit.
