Nice work @ JustHereForHemo
I am sure we are many who appreciate the work you have put into this "poster"
Please keep up the good work.
(However, your stinger car example is still the gold standard to me:-)
@JustHereForHemo.
I cannot believe (actually, I can) that I forgot about that RNS
I did go over it a couple of times when it came out.
I better ask Mr. Sandler to develop a bait module, to capture the proteins or whatever, that causes people to get a bad memory:-)
Joke aside, the potential of it being effective against bacterial infections is seismic in my book.
Antibiotics can cause a bacteria to become resistant over time.
Some already are.
If this could solve that problem.
Vow
@JustHereForHemo
I have missed the claim to ALMOST ANY bacteria/cells
I am aware of the almost any virus claim (which is downright impressive)
Can you please provide a link to where Mr. Sandler has mentioned CBR could potentially work on bacteria as well.
Many thanks in advance
When is the best tactical time to release news that we are going clinical?
A: This week?
B: Next week, while Mr. Sandler is in London?
C: After Mr. Sandler has left London?
There is no doubt in my mind that the announcement will be (or at least SHOULD be) pivotal to the share price, but when will the announcement have the biggest positive psychological BOOM effect.
I am on the fence in regard to the 2 following thought experiments:
1. When Mr. Sandler gives a speech in London 23-25 May 2022 he refers to a RNS from the previous week (today, tomorrow) where it has been announced that they will become clinical as per ???? date.
2. To a live audience of peers and investors Mr. Sandler say's : I am honoured to announce to you as some of the first to know, that Hemogenyx will become clinical per ???? date.
Now that would be a bombshell, except I assume it would have to be released in a RNS first.
What is your thoughts?
@Hulver.
Thank you for providing the links and information.
I really appreciate it.
It is impossible for me to buy shares with my provider at these lovely low prices.
I have tried 3 times over the last 30 minutes or so, and for the low sum of 500 pounds.
It just keeps going to NEGOTIATED ORDER.
Could this be a good sign about what's to come?
Or is it a sign that the share is being manipulated if we do not see a sustained rise in the share ?
(If Mr. India is going to give it a rest, wondering why the share price is not moving/people are selling at these low price, someone has to take up the baton:-)
@Hulver.
I have either missed something here or is likely not to have access to the various social media sites.
Can I please convince you to provide a link to any open sites or copy and paste from more restrictive sites, holding the information you are referring to.
Hopefully, others then me will appreciate your efforts.
I too (maybe I am not speaking for the above posters) but I most definitely think the bashing of Mr. Sandler that has taken place this week has been unjustified.
I find that he was between a rock and a hard place, that he was doomed no matter what.
Well, unless the share price had a significant rise, I assume.
Last week it was well documented on this board that HEMOGENYX had in previous years been a last minute boy, when it came to the annual financial statement, and true to form they did not disappoint in this regard, this time around either.
I was happy, that it was not released during trading hours last Friday. It gave me time to read the announcement properly.
And to pass on the good news about being well funded, to start clinical trial, to a friend and an investment company.
A thing I would have been hesitant to do, without the knowledge about HEMOGENYX's cash balance.
So, I am now glad, that those entities have a chance to get in at this low price, should they desire to do so.
For me, it is another week closer to a potential windfall that I would like to invest here in Hemogenyx.
And I would love it to be at this price level.
So, from a purely selfish point of view, I'll be happy to see the share price remain at this level for the next 3 months.
Is this the reason that I am willing to defend Mr. Sandler, maybe partly unsubconsiosly, who knows. But I would like think it is more because I actually like the way he acts or the reason why he acts as he does.
This is me assuming his reasons are as follows: preserve cash, dedicate EVERY SINGLE penny to research (and some to the team). Let the science do the talking, I find it refreshing that I have a CEO who is not out there pumping the share price, if just all CEO's where honest like that, I would have saved some money on companies that I took a gamble on and lost on.
My take on why the share price is not moving, has not really changed.
The market appetite is just not there at the moment, not for the state we're currently in. (Despite it being a fantastic state)
So when will it change?
1. When we become clinical?
2. When we have a positive feedback on a phase 1 trial?
3. When a JV or collaboration is announced?
4. When a lump-sum and profit sharing is agreed?
5. When HEMOGENYX becomes cash generative?
6. When dividends starts to be paid?
If point 2 does not happen, then forget about point 3-6.
If and it is a big IF the market has not reacted positively by point 6, then it must mean that the market is either broken or does not know what we are sitting on.
Then we can only sit back and enjoy the dividends.
Not the worst position to be in, when a share trades in less then 2 pence:-))
@Hydrogen
I'd so wish I could give you double points for your 0805 post today.
Very well written, keep up the good work please.
PART 2
Maybe our best shot is the Gates foundation as they make it clear they also work with the private industry.
“We work with an array of partners, including government agencies, donors, multilateral organizations, nongovernmental organizations, academic institutions, community organizations, and private industry. We also work to ensure that adequate funding and appropriate policies are in place to support HIV prevention and treatment efforts, research and development, and efforts to understand the needs of high-risk populations.”
https://www.gatesfoundation.org/our-work/programs/global-health/hiv
And I think the Gates foundation would also be an excellent partner for a cure against Ebola
Or the European Union.
https://ec.europa.eu/info/research-and-innovation/research-area/health-research-and-innovation/ebola_en
My favourite though, as I am an avid goer to the museum here in London, is the Wellcome trust.
They have already made donation to research:
“In December 2016, trials of an Ebola vaccine showed it provided a high level of protection against a strain of the deadly disease. The vaccine, made by Merck, Sharpe & Dohme, was funded by Wellcome, DFID and the Norwegian Government among others, and has been proved safe for human use.”
https://wellcome.org/news/wellcome-pledges-new-funds-tackle-ebola-outbreak
For good measure, here is the link to their Grant funding page:
https://wellcome.org/grant-funding
Count down for trades today has begun.
I am excited to see, where we end up tomorrow.
GLA, but not least to all those potential patients Hemogenyx can help in the future, should our products be successful (and of course they will be)
PART 1
@JustHereForHemo.
I agree, knowing that funding is in place will give us all piece of mind.
And I believe that to be the case.
Mr. Sandler have shown in the past, that he can be frugal, but I admit there might have been many big expenditures as of late. How big, we will find out tomorrow.
When Mr. Sandler was asked if he regretted the CLN debacle, he said NO, because otherwise they would not have been able to get the money that they got. (And thereby the opportunities that it unlocks)
I seem to remember that was a hard statement for many to swallow. It was deemed to be arrogant.
But if the funds that was raised have made it possible to move the Lab to new premises, get the equipment needed for one or more of our projects and allows us to go through phase I of clinical trials (and hopefully get proof of concept) then I think many will eat their words.
I for one am extremely happy, that we have had the dip we have had.
No, it is not fun sitting with over 50% loss, but what is fun and great, is that it has allowed me to build a stake that so supersede my initial realistic goal.
So, if tomorrows, hopefully positive cash balance, announcement does not change the share price then what can?
Well, hopefully an announcement of grants obtained to research CBR’s ability to fight Ebola and HIV.
(If I was to prioritize, it would be Ebola. Imagine Ebola getting out of control like Covid-19, the difference is that Ebola has a death rate around 50%)
But the reality is most likely, that there is much more funding for research into HIV.
A quick google search “foundations funding hiv research” will likely give you the following suggestions:
AmfAR
Elton John Foundation
Gates Foundation
APA.org
And many more
I know Hemogenyx is not Nonprofit, but the question is if amfAR will make an exception with Hemogenyx and our ground breaking CBR.
“You can submit queries at any time. Full proposals will be reviewed each February, May and August, with funding to start in March, June and September.”
https://www.amfar.org/research/target-grants/
Going through the Elton John AIDS Foundation website, it does not appear obvious to me that they fund medical research. But the word BESPOKE in the following sentence gives me hope that an exception could be made for Hemogenyx.
“As a grant-making organisation, we create bespoke partnerships and announce opportunities for funding while carefully monitoring and evaluating the impact of all projects with our grantees.”
I mean, it would be quite something for Sir Elton and his foundation to say that they have helped fund the cure of AIDS.
https://www.eltonjohnaidsfoundation.org/what-we-do/what-we-fund/
Unfortunately, I doubt that we will see the share price spike, based on our remaining cash balance.
But I would love to be proved wrong.
I keep pulling my hair out, thinking of reasons why our share price is as low as it is.
Especially after the CBR news last month.
And the best explanation that I can come up with, is that there simply is no appetite for the risk, that there is in this share at the moment.
And for that reason, in my most pessimistic moment, I am preparing myself mentally, for no serious rerate until positive clinical trials.
The reasoning for this pessimistic view, is that everyone that HOPE, BELIEVES etc etc in the science would buy like crazy at these levels. (as much as their situation allows) even if there was a risk of further dilution.
Whatever the sum, announced this week, will be, will it be enough to convince the more sophisticated risk adversed investors to board this train?
Or does it take the announcement of positive clinical trials for that to happen?
Or will entering clinical trials be enough to act as a catalyst?
We will find out soon enough what it takes, maybe this week or the next ( Bank holiday coming up) or maybe in the next couple of months.
Here's to hoping for the immediate future.
Just stumbled upon this article by coincidence, but thought it would be worth sharing.
"Why experts are terrified of a human-made pandemic — and what we can do to stop it"
https://www.vox.com/22937531/virus-lab-safety-pandemic-prevention
Clearly the author have not heard about CBR and Hemogenyx.
If CBR can deliver against all or just really many different kind of virus, then this article shows one of the reasons why CBR is going to be huge.
Well worth a read over the holidays.
@HereForHemo.
Exactly, well said. I rest my case.
I'd only like to add that we got the humanized mice and that might be almost as good as the real thing. And that HEMOGENYX have been in collaboration with some pretty big names for years.
That is why I am so confident in this company and can be patient and see this as another day where I could have bought more shares at a fantastic price (if I had the funds)
Patience is all that is needed (and positive results obviously)
So, if I am correct in my assumptions that the most sensible investors will wait buying into Hemogenyx until we get positive results, then we can only rely on those with a more gambling side to invest at this stage.
Ask yourself :
How likely is someone with a gambling side to invest in this share based on the negative conversation on this board about the low share price and questions about can we trust our CEO.
If you have no trust in our CEO, you better GO.
But because of the unknown answer:
DOES IT WORK?
There will be plenty of investors will not invest at this stage.
Neither when we get the PIND or IND and whats not.
No these people will first join when we get positive clinical results
And results are still out there in the future
Here's to hoping they are positive.
Or only on a few percentage of all virus.
We will find out.
And that is why fortune favours the brave.
If Mr. Sandler and his team gets this right, we will do VERY well indeed.
All that is needed from our side as investors is patience.
To be in this stock at this stage, with only access to the officially released information, you got to have a gambling side to your personality.
We do not know if CAR-T works in humans.
We will find out later.
We do not know if CBR works in humans or only on
CBR
Clearly shows that timing does matter.
I mean, with seismic news like that, the share price should have rocket.
But it didn't.
Now imagine, the news had deliberately been held back until some time after (hopefully positive) news on CAR-T.
Then Hemogenyx would have been on everyone's radar and shown it is not one trick pony and can deliver the goods.
In other words, no need to wish for news for the sake of wishing for news.
CBR, clearly showed it does not work like that.
Be patient, that is the main requirement here.
I believe Me. Sandler got the science under control.
Should have said GOOD NEWS AT THAT STAGE
