Why have they done this? To raise £100 mil?

HI, im not 100% sure either way i just think the first wasnt classed as an "interim" but still counts towards the 500 mil, I hope theres a 4th! Its onwards and upwards with this share either way with more acquisitions to start counting in the figures soon enough.... and whilst holding for that take some divis! Very happy with this

Definetly... its paid one, announced 2nd today and will do 3rd in December... 167 mil each total £500 mil..... its a great share growth and huge divis even buying now would still be good

Buy rating from peel hunt.... got alot going for it this share no point selling for profit either IMHO as dividends should be a good cash cow

I think its possible GKP has restarted production and just hasnt said anything yet....

I thought this would of liked an interest rate cut! This is a long ish term hold for growth wont be quick.... the divi will tide everyone over!

But the financials and performance is largely the same as this time last year isnt it so rest of year should be ok and SP pick up a tad hopefully

So SOMO gives KRG £16 dollars a barrel for the oil.... does gkp receive the money from SOMO for its oil or krg?

Will the divi have to be cut...? Wont they start seeing the benefit from the acquisition also...?

Timid36... the reason for the implosion is this is a scam... if you listened to social media / whatsapp then you bought this, the company just issued itself millions of shares at like 0.3c hence the dilution crash.. that is why, the companys useless and does it even produce or do anything????

This was a co ordinated scam pump n dump.... like from instagram ads etc.. whatsapp groups pumping this stock... hope people didnt lose out too much

Im fuming with this company, im 10s of thousands down..... they spoke before of defensive hedging to protect the dividend.... saying minimim dividend for the year etc... saying dividend was the last thing they would cut, everything is poor about this company, everything is always late, and theyve just rogered the everyday shareholder whilst letting there mates get out a few days ago on that drop.... this company has absolutely 0 credibility left, it has no money to improve production now, no money am acquisition unless the shareholders get there pants pulled down more, about 6% dividend you can nearly get that in fixed rate savings account why would you risk it more on these lot?
