1. ‘Due diligence being conducted by potential equity partners in the Project has been ongoing for several weeks and we expect this process to complete towards the end of March.’ (last day of March tomorrow, so due any day now….Snowman))

2. ‘We have made good progress on the debt front with indicative terms now received from two interested banks. As the other elements of the Project firm up, these discussions will be further advanced.’

3. ‘We have today issued a deadline extension to 25 March 2019 for our Invitation to Tender ("ITT") for an EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) contractor, after a request from two of the parties interested.’ (so result any day now….Snowman)

4. ‘We are in the final stages of preparing the final funding drawdown submission for the FEED studies that were funded on a matched basis by the EU. Our draft submission is due to be audited in the next 10 days (i.e. by 17th March…..Snowman) prior to its submission which will enable the final balance to be repaid by the EU.’ (result must be any day now…Snowman)

5. ‘We are continuing with further engineering related works and documentation preparation to ensure that we can commence enabling works on site within the next few weeks.’ (now three and a half weeks on from there, so very imminent….Snowman)

6. ‘We are very excited to now be in the commercialisation process and in the final furlong prior to our planned final investment decision at the end of H1 2019.’

'The preliminary stages of the lithium heap leaching JV with Alexander's Principal Technological Consultant, Dr. Nicholas Welham, have shown promising results. Consequently, it has been agreed that a further larger scale batch of testwork is required in order to generate sufficient data to allow the process to be audited by Wardell Armstrong International. The work will be undertaken at a higher education establishment in Perth, Western Australia under Dr. Welham's supervision, with all materials being analysed at a local laboratory. The final round of work, which is scheduled to start in early January, is expected to take around three months.'

Haib Copper Project 2018 Preliminary Economic Assessment Indicated…..456.9 Million Tons at 0.31% copper = 1,416,390 tons copper @£3000 per ton = £4.25 billion

…… heap leaching was considered for all 4 options. The primary reasons for the selection of heap leaching is the low grade nature of the deposit and the vast scale of the orebody…… conventional crush-grind-float and sale of copper concentrate not economically feasible due to low grade and hardness of ore – requiring significant energy for grinding.

……Four options were established for economic evaluation: • Option 1: Ore sorting upgrading, dense media upgrading, flotation and heap leaching of the tails; • Option 2: Two-stage dense media upgrading, flotation and heap leaching of the tails; • Option 3: Ore sorting upgrading and heap leaching of the upgraded material; and • Option 4: Whole ore heap leaching.

‘…….large volume porphyry copper deposit situated in ideal location adjacent to modern infrastructure with potential to become large copper producer…. METS believes the low grade nature of porphyry copper deposit makes ideal candidate for heap leaching. Developments in heap leaching … have the ability to maximise the economic potential of the Haib project.’

Pg 24 says something like the absolute share valuation has dropped from November 2018 10p per share to 3.3p per share. What page suggests 5p plus ?
