Not given up Unknown.....it's the money I've wrote off not the share potential. Just going to keep one eye on things and drift off into snooze mode.........I will jump wide awake all systems firing as soon as something starts happening .....which at some stage I have no doubt that it will !

It's a bit confusing Radders. It does say that the term sheet is binding....but it also says that it is only outline.......I'm not 100% sure if the equity / debt providers will want it converted into a full agreement or not........but I guess if the equity provider is also going to be VITOL it doesn't really make any difference. I hope it is VITOL .....would be good to have it 'all under one roof'.

Plus, if it ALSO VITOL who have requested us to investigate the FSRU then happy days indeed!

Before finance agreed surely we must secure the conversion of Vitol term sheet to a full gas storage agreement.

IMO SP won't be rising until those in the inner circle are posting again on daily basis.

Whatever, it will add much value to EUA if we sell the whole company to a giant.......I think that sounds more plausible as a plan.......possibly talks underway already?........seems to be a news blackout.....and there have been a recent huge buyout in close geographical proximity. All our projects are either at or rapidly approaching a stage very ripe for takeover.

Kinross website states that 20% of it's entire global production now in Russia!

.......I submitted a FOI request on the planning permission for the FSRU & pipeline.......looks to me as though it's out of date....3 years allowed before construction for the pipeline. ....and that's the four recent ones submitted 2013-2015......there are three older ones are 2008, 2010 & 2011 but you have to make an appointment to see those ones.

Looks to me as though they may have not gone ahead at the time due to really tight environmental restrictions, I might be reading too much into it......details are fairly sketchy...... but I'm sure our due dilligence will be looking very closely at the likeleyhood of success on that score. We should have an Environmental specialist in place soon anyway.....plus the offtaker who asked us to look into the project may be supplying some expertise in that field? They certainly will if it was VITOL who approached us !

You're dead right about the project being a winner. Also the FSRU project has fabulous upside.

IMO EUA has potential to be a 100 bagger within few years..........high risk projects render high rewards on completion.

That's not advice for you Tonyh1975 by the way.....my only two bits of advice for you is do your own research and don't speak ill of people unless you want your own sh*t thrown back in your face.

Oh dear...someone missing the point here.

Firstly.....we did not have previous grants held back ....nor do most companies on aim under normal circumstances......but we should have been handed this six months ago......hardly a conspiracy theory!

Secondly.....not suggesting politicians are involved........but the people that dish out the grants themselves are going to have a very very strong view on Brexit and THEIR personal predjudices ARE going to have an influence as to whether they release money to a British company or if they are going to make them beg (if you think that may be unprofessional, this is the real world). Take the scenario that a board of six make the decisions....and just let your imagination run riot for a brief moment.......all six are very very very much against Brexit, especially a no deal (increasingly likely)....not beyond the realms of possibility is it....in fact extremely likely!!

Do you think they are going to say....Jesus....lets get that money over to the Brits as fast as is humanely possible...........I don't think so !.....smell the coffee !!!

If you don't want to believe that, I'm not forcing you to........I'm not 100% convinced of it myself, just floating it out there as a possibility. If you don't like it, use the filter.

I expect the EU are playing games and holding the 1.6M and will possibly refuse to honour it if we crash out on October 31st....but in that event, the UK Government have pledged to honour it anyway......so win/win for us on that score.

We've been languishing for some time now and have suffered a few minor setbacks but hopefully won't be long now before a very strong stream of positive news starts.....regarding Vitol term sheet converted into a full gas storage agreement, equity/debt funding news, baseline marine survey completed satisfactorily, update on SNIP progress, FID preparations and construction phase update, DD completed re FSRU.

Lots of potentially transformational news to come in coming weeks/months ......... project(s) getting to an exciting stage now.

EU 1.6 Million absolutely nailed on......worst case scenario...EU's nose out of joint over Brexit and stubbornly don't pay....still underwritten guarantee by UK Government to honour it. Just take longer that's all.

SP will rocket so fast on equity news that LOTS of peeps will be caught out with trousers round their ankles.

I have always said the marine licence will not be straightforward.....always played down as a side issue by others.....but I have always believed that issues over the licence, more precisely correct adherence to the statutory protocol that surrounds it, is the REAL reason of the protracted delays (and also the Chairman leaving with immediate effect)..........and I stick by that.......might be wrong but it all fits......also imo a lot depends on (and it really shouldn't, but this is real life), whether the particular case officer at Daera responsible for this application, is wholeheartedly behind it or not.

Once the statutory notice period is finally over and objections given due consideration (probably at public inquiry)and the decision to issue a licence is made public, I think we can move very swiftly on. It's the only issue totally out of all prospective parties hands.

Then I believe we'll fly very high, very fast.

Picked up more on Monday morning at what I thought at the time was a very decent price......should have waited bit longer!.........Still happy to accumulate !!

Looks to me like the placing will be cancelled if EU sends the 1.6M before possible cancellation date given in RNS.

This is a high risk game........I'm hurting too........but I believe in AXM....I believe the technology works......I believe they will deliver......I believe it will be this year.......when I stop believing......I'm out.

Not as long or not as heavy losses as some LTH.
2 Yrs and 7K down.
But still painful......it doesn't matter how much what matters is how much it hurts.
All I'm saying is, what is the point of investing in (or continuing to invest in) a company that you don't believe will make it.
There are plenty of companies out there to make a choice on.............it's a good idea to invest in one that you think will make it.
Right now, I think AXM will make it....and big!
If the day comes when I don't....I'll be out.... it's as simple as that.
As I said not criticising negative posts just saying if someone really doesn't believe a company is going to come good, then it's a good idea for them to be invested in one that they believe will.

UPDATE 1-Hoegh LNG to deliver FSRU, vessels to UK's Meridian project
OSLO, April 24 (Reuters) - Norwegian natural gas shipping firm Hoegh LNG plans to deliver a floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU) to Meridian LNG’s planned British import terminal, Hoegh CEO Sveinung Stoehle told Reuters on Friday.
E.ON Global Commodities, the trading arm of German utility E.ON, on Thursday signed a deal to buy up to two million tonnes of regasified LNG per year from Meridian, with a final investment decision expected by mid-2016.
Hoegh said it will also deliver two or three LNG transport vessels to the project.
Hoegh shares were up 5.2 percent as of 0851 GMT.
“We developed this project three, four years ago. We sold it to Meridian but we kept the right to deliver the FSRU and two or three LNG vessels,” Stoehle said.
The plan is to buy the LNG in the United States which will be taken to “Port Meridian” by LNG vessels and then transferred to the FSRU terminal which will transfer the LNG to a British pipeline and sold to consumers.
Stoehle estimated the cost of the FSRU at around $330 million and the LNG vessels at around $190-200 million each which will be financed through Hoegh LNG Partners and banks.
If the project gets the final go ahead in mid-2016, its start-up is planned for the first half of 2019.
The 20-year delivery deal with E.ON was the most important step in realising the project, Stoehle said.
The Port Meridian FSRU will be Hoegh LNG’s second in Europe.'

I just wonder what stopped the project.......perhaps at that time the FID didn't stack up? Is the demand higher now?.........Vitol will probably pledge to offtake all 5 million tons per year ? The RNS said the offtaker had requested we look into the project...........that scenario sounds likely and would be fabulous !!!
