If they bought them off Laiker at 0.004, they wouldn't double their money if price goes to 0.004!

Also, if it was just normal market trade, wouldn't those shares have to be bought by market makers? If so, MMs would now be sitting on 1bn of shares, which they bought at double the price that they can sell them at. Must be some off market deal.

Could this be part of that revised strategy from Sept rns? If someone bought it off him, they paid double the market price because they wanted to get in? Bit like Vela paid huge premium for Igraine with reasoning they wouldn't be able to buy such large holding on the market. Just thinking aloud.

Given his sale price of 0.04 and current share price not falling much lower, i would think someone must have bought his holding off him. If so, we may get a corresponding trade later on today?

It does look like someone is serious about buying. They just let the profit takers to bring the price down for them this morning and off they seem to go again. Long may it continue.

Ok, thank you. But I assume that buyers of the company who take it private must pay a price for it, they don't get it for free. So, as vela has no creditors the majority of purchase price should go to existing holders? So we get at least something?

I'm not familiar with this process so hopefully someone can enlighten me. What does generally happen to existing shareholders when company is delisted and hence, shareholders can't sell on open market? Thank you!

If it's sold, surely it's required to be rnsed. It's actually breaking market regulations if information that is deemed to materially impact share price, is withheld from the market. Is our bod in contempt of rules and regulations? What is bod waiting for???

Just looking at Igraine accounts. Cant help to think that Brent and JN are a bunch of gullible numpties who are being taken for a ride by everybody at our expense. Unless they really have a solid insight knowledge of azd1656 coming good, i really can't see why anyone would invest at such a premium as our bod did, given igraine's performance over the last year as published in todays accounts. Going from 3.3m profit to half milión loss in a year and we pay them stupendous premium for shares. Those 2 on the board are really taken for a ride.

Hooray, it means we're only 89.6 percent down on our investment there compared to friday's 90.3 percent!
At least, the right direction....
